Hi Graham, we are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us. We are still in the early stages of the Australian launch and are amending any and all teething issues we have with regard to logistics and our email flow to customers. The emails have been going out a little too early unfortunately, however we are working on this to improve our service and our customer experience.

Very Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
Nothing went right with my order. I placed it on 12/09 and didn’t receive it until 02/10.
I was told by email three different times that the order was in transit, only to later discover it hadn’t even been shipped — they were still waiting on the complimentary Dupps from overseas. Those items should not have delayed my order in the first place.
When the order finally arrived, the driver adaptor included was for a European plug. Because of the repeated delays and misinformation, I had to reschedule the plasterer, which in turn delayed the electrician and cabinet maker — costing me both time and money.
The only compensation offered was a refund of the shipping cost. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and unprofessional.
I honestly wish I’d ordered from Delaco Panels instead.

Great product
Great communication, fast delivery and really good quality wood, had some fun measuring and putting up but process was actually easier than I thought. We love the look of it! Considering where else we can put some now!

Really good service from Mick, sent samples and was always available for phone support. Goods arrived within a week so looking forward to getting the panels up on our wall!
