Received the panels, one panel had a chip along the wood grain like a large splinter about 50mm long.
I also emailed and did the survey, I emailed about the glue for fixing and never heard anything back, also mentioned it in the survey.

Excellent product and finishes off the room perfectly

Dilivery was swift and the panels arrived in good condition. We live in NSW. Also, we have got support from Mick regarding panel colours and examples.
We have installed the wooden panels ourself. They are great as a feature wall and it really improved my son’s room insulation. I wish we did this long time ago.
Though there are videos how to install the panels, installation could be tricky for those with no experience especially for power points, finding studs or uneven walls. My husband is a tradie and we overcome our issues quickly because we have ample of tools at home. My advise is for people who wants to install panels, you need to plan well and gather the tools.
Overall my experience with panels was very positive and I’m planning to buy more for my hallway feature.

I ordered samples from Woodupp. The samples arrived, they looked great and are a good size.

However, there was no labelling to say the package was from Woodupp, no labelling on the samples, and no additional information about the product. As I had ordered samples from a number of companies, it took a bit of time and research to work out where these particular samples had come from.

I suggest labelling the envelope, putting labels on the product with the company name and product name. It would also be worth including some product information in the package, for example, sizes of full sheets, current prices, a catalogue, or installation instructions. These would be useful when comparing products and making decisions.

So, nice product, just more supporting information needed.

The experience from discovery of the EMBRACE range through to delivery was professional and great. Very happy with the EMBRACE and especially with the versatility. Probably the most elegant temporary solution (obviously can be used more permanently as well).

I recently purchased the embrace room divider and I want to share my wonderful experience in dealing with Woodupp -especially Mick. Mick provided excellent communication when I made my initial inquiries and was given a great verbal description of the collection. The dividers were very well made and quite easy to install.

Ordered two panels - for king size bed head- chose oak with beige felt- cut two circular holes for power point and refitted by electrician- great advice from team to avoid chipping.
Delivered on time as promised.

I made contact with the home office and apparently was sent the samples from there but the product is the same as the Australian version I was informed. The solid timber and aluminium sheet backing makes this a hardy product and very attractive, for the entrance it would be a massive improvement to just paint, and a quick transition. I have seen some other versions which were formed material that was hollow and not in the same class. I am looking forward to finding out more as it could be ideal for around glassed in areas too.

Only ‘criticism’ being unlike the videos, found it difficult to achieve clean cuts without facing challenges with the backing.

Walked into the showroom and selected a product, and advice on a TV hanger, ordered it on the spot and it arrived that week.

We have the DUPPS (picture hooks) and panel covers in the copper. From the moment I placed my order Mick from WoodUp called and confirmed it personally and was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions. Bought the accoustic panels and the quality is great, easy to install with fantastic accessories to go with. Customer service was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend these guys.

Installed WoodUpp panels recently, and am pleased with the quality and almost consistent veener. MDF is stapled to the felt, which has a drawback that once you cut the MDF it leaves it unsupported from one end, so you need glue as well.

We chose WoodUpp panels as they had the colour wood with the lighter felt backing that we wanted. We needed them in a hurry and the team ensured that they arrived on time. We are thrilled with the results. We used the panels on two walls and brought the shelves which finish off the look. We highly recommend WoodUpp 🤩

I've had a great experience with WoodUpp and I'm really happy with the final outcome of the installation. When I initially ordered, it was during the Black Friday sale which meant I benefitted from the price even when some items were delayed on coming into Australia. Ben from the team gave multiple options, one of which was to deliver the main parts of the order with the accessories delivered later. This was great as it allowed me to complete the main project and wait for the final items to come in once in stock.

The panels look fantastic and Ben from the team was great to deal with in terms of keeping me up to date on the shipping status and arranging the delivery of the back ordered items. I would absolutely buy from WoodUpp again.
