Pathetic service...forged review on its website...
Please do not go for wooden street. save you time and money. i had spent more than 1 lakh and haven't received the product after 50 days.... customer service is pathetic...before making the purchase they were so courteous and prompt....after paying them no response at all regarding delivery of product....I strongly recommend every one to not fall prey to their positive reviews on their website....they are all forged and selectively posted in their website....just to make you believe.... give a try by posting some review less than 2 stars....it will never show up...

Forged reviews...do not get carried away with positive reviews.......I had paid 1.15 lakhs and have been waiting for the product for more than 50 days...pathetic customer services...I strongly suggest do not go for wooden streets

i bought coffee table and it was defective ,i raised multiple tickets and mails but they didn't return product and didn't fix it also,even their manager talked very rudely,don't buy products from this worst company,their products and services both are worst,worst experience of my life,even management is so arrogant and rude people,they don't listen and respond also

I would have given then a negative rating if i had an option, worst company to order a furniture from. I ordered something 8 weeks ago and I have still not received my order now when I contact customer service they are saying it will take another 2-3 weeks before I get my order.

I highly recommend that please do not buy anything from this company

We have ordered 1 Sofie dining table with 6 chairs of dark walnut finish with Order id #134329 and received 1dining table with 4 Sofie dining table chairs of Dark walnut finish and 2 chairs of honey finish. we asked them to replace the 2 sofie dining table chairs which are in honey finish with the Dark walnut finish chairs. They did not respond even after requesting many times and left us with no option than writing this review which would help others to have a fair idea before they order furniture from Woodenstreet. we could see cracks in our dining table soon after few months of purchase.

Extremely poor service , they talk very nicely before purchasing the product but once you purchase they don't have any accountability , for a simple product its been 17 days still did not deliver to me and also they don't have any clue when they can deliver.
Every time they make stories and always say wait we are connecting with our concerned team and put the call on hold for ever.

Never buy anything. Warning for you all!!

This is Siddhartha Banerjee from Bangalore. Purchased a 3 seater sofa and it got termite infected. Raised a complaint which was attended to on 5th Oct 2021. Instead of replacing the whole sofa we were told only the arm rest which has termite will be replaced. 25th Oct after waiting for 20 days we follow up as we see the termite spreading. We are told on 26th Oct that today only the operations team has approved re manufacturing the arm rest and it will be changed in another 25 - 30 days - so effectively 45 - 50 days to change the arm rest with termite spreading. I am not sure whether the termite by now have spread in other parts beyond the arm rest.

I have purchased a sofa sum bed, a book rack and a shoe rack too. Really worried with the quality of wood used for those too.

All please be careful the quality of wood is a big question mark and the after sales service is just pathetic.

Woodenstreet is a terrible mistake. I not only felt cheated but for the fist time am ashamed of myself that I did not research enough prior ordering as I would have saved myself, money , time and unnecessary frustration that elapsed for 3-4 months.

False promises, Pathetic Customer service

It was our first-time order with Wooden Street with discussion along with a sale representative.

During sales, they drive you crazy with follow-up and ensuring to take 100% down payment with a commitment of 5-7 weeks.

This is when your worst fear come alive. Once they receive money, the only thing customer is left with is frustration.

1. No commitment to keep customer order as per schedule.

2. No courtesy to inform/update customer of his order status/delays or any process there upon.

3. No customer support nor any mobile number provided respond on time or within first 4 to 5 calls (ringing).

4. No calls backs or response to help desk tickets for days (one of my tickets was auto deleted from portal).

5. You are left with your order amount out of your pocket and empty hands with no product.

6. Contacted Ankush, Rohan, Rahul (all are never aware of status). Only response you get from them is: "System is down", "I will get back to you in 1 hour or give us time till tomorrow to revert".

7. They never call back or revert with details ever.

8. It took me 32+ calls and waiting time till October 1st for my order to be delivered. Booked on 25th July 2021 (approx. 2+ months).

9. Then starts the new phase of challenges: Order delivered not as per order (order removable cushions with additional covers).

10. No removable cushions provided (sofa delivered with fixed cushions) and no additional covers which were ordered.

11. It took another 6 days to chase down to finally to manage a final resolution of accepting a defective sofa as they cannot change or repair the problem with credit note for refund for covers. Additional 1 hour of discussion and finally agreed to refund to account rather than credit note.

12. This was evening of 6th October as confirmed by support person and to agree to acknowledge this on an email within 1 hour.

13. It’s been more than 12 hours and no response from wooden street or support team.

To end this all I don’t have an idea when the refund will be deposited back to our account or how many days or follow ups will be needed to close this case with wooden street.

Our advice: run away from these people or any of their contact points. You will get in to a vicious circle of problems and more problems.

My brother too had similar problems but lucky for him, he had his problems sorted out in somewhat less time.

Wooden Street as aggregator's for furniture business. OLA & Uber of furniture business. They get everything made from others.

Never in my life dealt with such a bad customer services, delivery challenges and post sales service.

I've had the most pathetic experience dealing with this brand. Possibly the worst quality furniture disguised with good looks. What's the point of selling products and sending a carpenter to keep repairing it? You are better off buying something from a local furniture shop. Their brand name adds no value/does 0 justice

Had the most frustrating experience with Wooden Street. I had heard good feedback about wooden street in my friend circle and hence I decided to place order for sofa-bed on their site. Since this was time critical order, I had called their customer care to confirm stock availability before placing order. I was told there was ready stock and team will try best to deliver this within 2 weeks while their standard leadtime mentioned on website during order was 2-3 weeks.

After that the real ordeal started. I had to follow up with their customer care atleast dozen times. I heard a different reason every time for delivery being delayed: product didn’t pass quality test to we are having transport issues. Every time I was told the product will be dispatched within next 3 days and it never did for next 3 weeks. When I finally asked them to cancel the order and initiate refund at end of 3 weeks, they simply refused!!!
If you see the product design, it is a very simple product. Yet it took Wooden street more than a month to deliver a product which was apparently ready in their warehouse!! It was only when I wrote to the founders the order finally moved and got delivered after more than a month! I was further surprised to see the product had foul smell from paint that lasted more than 2 weeks. All this after lot of promises of quality!

I had no intention of waiting for more than a month for a simple sofa bed. If they were upfront about it, I would have never placed this order but would have driven to IKEA or nearby furniture store. Seems I was made to place order on a false commitment of “product is already in our warehouse n ready to dispatch”.. I assumed a start up would put greater emphasis on its customer care experience and commitment.. seems I was I very wrong. It didn’t seem anyone was even bothered that commitment from wooden street was not met , not just once but Repeatedly!!
I would recommend others to strongly avoid Wooden Street and instead either try IKEA or your good old neighborhood furniture store. The pain here is worth nothing! and i dont think they care about reviews either. They seem to be already bigger for their shoes looking at simialr reviews of other customers, thier 2.5pts rating here and my own experience.

Purchasing from Woodenstreet has been one decision I am regretting. I had made 2 orders (1 bed + side table and 1 bed + mattress), they have zero planning. For 1 of my order side table is delivered , bed is undelivered after 8 weeks, their customer service is pathetic , they have made 2 false updates on status of delivery till now. For second order they delivered bed and mattress was delivered later. Again no planning or taking care of customer.
How can an online portal has entire manufacturing based out of single location - Rajasthan; delivery becomes a lottery. The Whitefield center in Bangalore has been of zero help in helping on delivery issues. Biggest problem is making false promises and updates to customer

Worse experience on defective product. Bought bed which was excellent by centre table was defective. Crack appeared within three months of purchase. Carpenter came for repair but after a month again bad delivery. And now they even not look at my mails. There is fake ID of Chetan Sharma to seek grievances but no replies. I escalated as suggested in website but ticket is closed as soon as creates. Pathetic service
UPDATE : carpenter finally visited and polished the table. Gaps were filled last time. We decided to put up a glass on top of table so it does not look ugly. Will this survive , I don’t know. I requested replacement calling the gaps as manufacturing defect (which one carpenter agrees, they left it while apply glue at time of joining woods hence large gaps) but such replacement request fall into deaf years, with robotic response. I agree with other reviews here, they don’t care about these reviews as robotic response continue. While for selling they have aggressive approach and calls but after you report an issue no one wants to speak to you. Robotic mail replies that too with wrong spellings in email address “noreplay” which is actually no reply emails. They might have grown bigger than their shoes. Painful experience leaves a regret to buy online , it’s better to buy from local furniture wala who might be cheaper and take good care of you. More appropriately put don’t buy from a seller who does not appreciate business from you.

They do not respond to existing customers. We bought a new table . It has a defect and so raised a ticket and sent for repair. It is almost 10 days . Any number of times we try to call they dnt pick and dnt know any thing about our table now. We buy some thing investing so much money as we need it. And if they dnt respond , I dnt think I will come back to wooden street any time again

AWFUL AWFUL customer service and the most apathetic and greedy business one can ever transact with. Flawed quality, never-ending wait, and a useless leadership that doesn't even respond to genuine customer concerns. I won't be surprised if they close down soon. Avoid if you value your money and your peace of mind.

Unfortunately I had ordered a Bed with them. They are a Good sales team and pathetic delivery partner. They don't give you delivery date, they only provide how many weeks it will take. Sales team will promise you an early delivery but be ready to face the facts. 1) 2 months to manufacture a bed? They have a factory or one carpenter fulfilling orders, 2) You cant even cancel your orders, 3) Get ready for a long long wait for an upfront 100% paid order.

Be very careful while ordering with them. I have completed waiting for 42 days and getting new dates with each passing day. Very soon my patience will snap:-)

You you want to screw yourself, then place order on wooden street, false commitments, lots of excuses and highly unsatisfactory customer care support. please never ever look out for online buying from such an unreliable site. its your money make it worth and not try to spend to such useless, untrustworthy platforms who does not care about their customers. I had to follow up atleast 50 times. most of the times you are just wasting your time trying to connect to customer care after that they will place your call for infinity duration.

Ordered a balcony table and chair set almost three months back ..
Every time I raise a ticket to enquire about delivery there is a new excuse and a new date .. I may eventually receive the product .. but it is very clear that the company cannot be trusted and one must avoid purchases of large amounts

We bought products from woodenstreet almost 6 months back and everything is already breaking apart! Almost 6-7 times carpenters were needed. The delivery was done 3 months after we placed the delivery. the sheesham products are out of design and almost of no appeal and loose its lustre in 1 week.

The hinges and links are connected with normal house nails and not wooden groove links and other firm attachments.

The team is super slow in reverting and super fast in collecting payments from you!!

This was for our new home, where he already shifted, and couldn't do the decor because of their delay. We ordered 1 sofa cm bed, 2 beds, coffee table, dressing table, and all of their hinges are breaking apart, their measurements are out of place, so they don't fit well with their closing parts. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY!!
