I always love their vouchers and have bought quiet a few experiences.Since I feel it's always good gift an experience than a thing (which they might regift). However recently when I bought a voucher, the restaurant was not very cooperative in booking the experience. I contacted Wondergift and Diana was quick to response and solved my query on priority.

Horrible service
I purchased a gift card and selected the option to have flowers delivered with it so the gift wouldn’t arrive on its own. Unfortunately, the company decided to ship them separately, which completely defeated the purpose. My friend received a bouquet of already sad-looking flowers a full day before the gift card arrived, with no note, no sender information, and nothing indicating who they were from. The gift card then arrived separately the next day — alone.
The only reason my friend knew the flowers were from me was because I had told her to expect a surprise delivery. It turned what should have been a thoughtful gesture into a very awkward and embarrassing experience. Very disappointing execution and poor attention to customer experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.

They advertised a spa package for 2 people for 400 AED.
But when I tried to book the appointment, I was suddenly told I need to pay an EXTRA 400 AED on top!!!
What’s the point of buying a “gift experience” if the recipient still has to pay almost the same amount again?
And the funniest part — the original price directly through the spa is almost HALF CHEAPER than through Wondergifts.
Very misleading advertising and extremely disappointing customer experience.
