Hi Nick, i am sorry that you have had a bad experience with us recently. As our notices on the website state and emails which were sent to notify customers of delays, we have been struggling to get materials delivered in. However we did send you a 2.5kg bag of food free of charge. the original 15kg bag of active light will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow for you

No delivery week after payment - 4th or 5th time this year
Paid for subscription purchase a week ago. £6.99 for 1-2 working days' delivery. Still not arrived a week later and courier doesn't even have the package yet. No word from Sneyd's about the delay - just an email a week later asking for feedback. This happens once in every 2-3 times I order. Going to cancel the subscription

For me the name wonderdog is very apt
For me the name wonderdog is very apt. Fed on this food from a puppy my spaniel is full of energy, running everywhere, enjoying life. When in public areas other owners stop and have regularly stated, "I wish my dog was like yours". I usually find that they are feeding the animal expensive "vet approved" foods and the dog is lethargic. One lady saw me months later and having changed supplier had a "new" dog.
Brilliant product and an easy company to deal with.

Payment processing frustration
I have had issue for the last 3 months on orders and payment and I have no faith this will be resolved for the next order, which is actually on subscription.
Despite this running well for a couple of months, i suddenly have issues with the payment not processing. It then wouldn’t accept another card. Numerous calls and emails later and it failed again this month !

You will not get better food for your pets, the management are excellent. I’ve been a customer for over 17 years and recommend to friends.
My dogs have stayed healthy and look amazing.
There’s a wide range to suit any dietary requirements.
Delivery is next day on working days.
