As it’s the first time I have bought…

As it’s the first time I have bought the product don’t know yet , the thing that that confuses me is why I need twice as much of this food compared to the one I have I have been using , which is good food that my older dogs are fed on .

They’re based on average requirements, but every dog is different, and things like activity level, age, and metabolism can all affect how much food they need. Lifetime Sneyds fan!

Our dog was weaned on Sneyds and he's still loving it at 5 years old. His health, teeth and coat are superb. The delivery is always prompt and rewards and offers mean it's the affordable nutrition he deserves.

Excellent service from Sneyds

I've always had the most prompt and efficient service provided by Sneyds. I have recently contacted them when I urgently needed a supply of dog food whilst away from home and they were able to help me without any problem to them at all.
In addition, my dog has been enjoying Sneyds food since he was a puppy and he's a healthy 6 year old now! Thank you Sneyds!

Just for future reference, you should receive either an email or a text message from DPD with a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day your parcel is due—so hopefully that’ll help avoid any wondering next time!

Also, sometimes when orders include multiple items, they can get split up while in transit and arrive over separate days. It’s not ideal, but it does happen occasionally depending on how DPD handles the parcels at their depot.

This is not acceptable when ordering dog food
I had to email several times and it only finally arrived after I threatened a dispute on the transaction via my bank
The food is good as we have had it before but I doubt I'll order again

They just get worse ....

Absolute shambles of a business, lead by a director that can't make on his promises. I placed an order just over four weeks ago and have yet to recieve. In that time, I havent had a single email, text, phone call explaining why my product hasnt arrived. I complianed via their web page twice, no answer. I emailed their customer service, recieved a response from the director - Purchase will arrive by this Saturday at the latest, guess what hasnt arrived. I've had a handful of similar experiances this year, if this wasn't my dogs diet I'd have left a long time ago. Offered 20% off my next order, great that £8 might make up against the £40+ I've had to pay elsewhere, muppets.

Terrible delivery but good food

I ordered on the 27th January with an expected delivery of 3 days!!!!! It’s now the 12th February and still no dog food. There was no suggestion that the food I ordered was out of stock and it took me to chase them before they could be bothered to inform me they had supply issues!! If that’s the case just say it’s out of stock on your website rather than take people’s money. As it stands you have £153 of my money, with no expected delivery date, and tomorrow I need to find an alternative food. Just awful. The food, when you can get it, is excellent.

Unknown when delivery is due…

Supply issues with little sign of delivery more than a month after initial order. Originally Xmas demand was the issue then equipment failure were to blame. Looks like they’re still taking orders…prior to this, no real issues..

Poor Delivery

Ordered food on 6th January and it still hasn't been delivered! First reason given was trouble with supply deliveries. This has reason has been given for late deliveries before. Then I was told there has been a breakdown at the factory causing further delays

Disappointed

Having used the company for a couple of years now and have recently been left disappointed. My order which is due end of December I agreed delivery beginning of January because of the Christmas shut down, no problem with that. Money taken as usual and here we are nearly at the end of January and still no delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. Feeling let down

Good customer service

The website wasn't working but I received a response to an email very quickly and was able to place an order. Fast delivery and my dogs are fit and healthy with the help of this food.
