Amazing delivery speed unfortunately the pair of ski goggle I got the HUD did not work. the returns process was so simple and credited straight. Would definitely recommend this company for your sunglasses /ski goggles.

Wonderful service and fantastic prices. My sunglasses were much cheaper than other shops and delivered within ten days as promised. Absolutely fantastic service and love my new sunnies.
Customer service was helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend buying from this website, fantastic prices and great delivery.

Awful.
Waited 10 working days for delivery with no response from the company - called up and was told that due to supplier issues, it would be another 4 weeks until the glasses turned up. After asking for compensation, was told I could have £8 off my next purchase - no chance I would buy from this company again. Cowboys - avoid at all costs

We note that you sent sent an email after our operating hours on the 26th February. We received a phone call by 9:15 the following morning and you were advised that the glasses were in the manufacturing process. An email was followed up with the option to amend your order to a different colour which you agreed to but your review does not mention this.

£54 cheaper than the same sunglasses in a high street shop! They arrived within 1 working day - really fast delivery and good customer service. I bought these for my husband. Will definitely be buying myself a pair of sunglasses from withsunglasses for summer as well.

17 days wasted
12 days after ordering and having £105.30 charged to my credit card for a pair of ‘available’ Oakley sunglasses withsunglasses informed me I would need to “wait for the glasses to arrive which could take up to an minimum of 20 working days”. As I needed the glasses I asked for a credit. This took a further 5 days to be processed.

As per our delivery conditions which can easily be found on the homepage of our website, '...on occasions situations will arise that fall outside of our control where we are unable to deliver the item to you. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative pair of sunglasses or advise that we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.'
Once notification was received that the glasses were in the manufacturing process, we provided you with the option to wait for the glasses, go for an alternative or cancel which we would like to remind you was all before the 10 working day delivery period. It is not clear why you believe that it took a further 5 working days to process the refund as your confirmation to cancel was received only 3 working days ago. The refund was processed (on the same day) and a confirmation email was sent to you.
