Excellent experience, although i didn’t realise the sunglasses were actually coming from spain so the 24hours free shipping was basically 3 days, for sure the cheapest site and excellent products. Buy with confidence, aurely will buy again. Totally worth it!

We would just like to clarify that our delivery times are Monday - Friday only, as per our delivery conditions orders made after 3pm on a Friday or weekend will be processed the following Monday. Your order was processed and sent out the following Monday and was received by you the next day. We are glad that you love your glasses, and look forward to you shopping with us again :)
Great price, but lengthy delivery timescale.
Very good price on the fantastic SMITH IO/X Ski/Snowboard goggles I bought from here. However, shipping took longer than the 10working days promised (my package was delivered 17 calendar days after placing my order). This might be because it appears that it was sent from Spain. I would still use these guys again in the future, but only if I was not in a hurry for the items!

Thank you for your review. We would just like to clarify that our delivery times are Monday - Friday only and as per our delivery conditions, orders made after 3pm on a Friday or weekend will be processed the following Monday. Your order was processed the following Monday (as it was made on a Friday evening) and was delivered to you on the 10th working day.
Although we are based in Spain, we are proud to say that the majority of our orders that are part of the 24 hour delivery are delivered in time. All orders that are part of the 10 working day delivery are also sent out with for a next working day delivery once received from the official manufacturer.
We look forward to you shopping with us again.

Smith Goggles arrived fast! Great site

Do not purchase anything from this website unless you are prepared to wait at least 10 weeks. Ordered a pair of ski goggles as a Xmas present at least 2 weeks before to then receive an email 2 days before Xmas day to say they won’t be delivered until the 27th. I then receive an email again on 28th to say that they will now take another 10 weeks to be delivered. This company is so hard to get hold of, the phone just rings and rings, very poor customer service. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again!!

We are sorry to read that you have had a bad experience with your purchase. We received your order on 12th December, meaning that there was a possibility that you would have received your order after Christmas - 10th the working day. We informed you that the delivery from our manufacturer would not be receive [by us] until after Christmas and offered you an alternative that would have been delivered in time for Christmas. You believed this to mean that you would receive it by 27th December and therefore we apologise for the confusion caused from our message.
We received a further update from the manufacturer that affected your order and advised you accordingly.
It is a surprise that you mention that we are a hard company to get a hold of. We have various means of communications for you to contact us on which are all easily found on the homepage of our website. However, should you have attempted to contact us outside of our working hours we would be unable to respond to your correspondence until to the following working day.
We hope that this has provided further clarification and once again, we would like to apologise for your experience that led you to provide this review.

No Delivery after over 3 weeks and terrible service
Sunglasses have not been delivered as promised and I’ve sent emails to which I’ve had no response now.
I was happy to wait for the 10 days but after the 10 days passed with no news I chased to be told I could have an alternative pair from a different brand or wait another 10 days. I elected to wait another 10 days on the condition that I would eventually get them but I’ve had no response.
I’m now left without a Christmas gift and can’t even get any confirmations order will ever be fulfilled as when asked for assurance I get no reply.
At this point I can’t recommend this company.
