Needs negative star don’t waste your time ordering,they do not mark items as out of stock on website and then charge huge shipping for items you could care less about getting and recieved spoiled cheese never again will not order

My first and last purchase from this company sat ar a FedEx facility 0 days, undelivered. Hard to like them when I called them four times and still it sits, definitely late for December birthday gift.

Ordered as a Christmas gift on 12-13-24. The confirmation email said I would be notified by email of any updates. Was supposed to be delivered on 12-23-24. Spoke to recipient 12-26-24 to find out it didn’t arrive. Checked my status and it showed cancelled. Called the company and was told my card didn’t go through, even though I used it for 4 other purchases after this one and still had 2k in available credit. My issue is I received no notice that they had cancelled. No email updates as promised and a Christmas gift for a family member was not received. Terrible customer service!!!
Will never use this company again

This is the second or third time I have ordered from this company and have always been well pleased, not only with their product but with their service. There was a slight glitch in my last order, so I called and spoke to a customer representative and the issue was solved Immediately! Not only was it so quickly and professionally, but my item was quickly shipped to me and I received it two days after speaking to the company. They are a fantastic company and truly stand behind their products and their word.

Unfortunately they don’t have a negative stars button. This company is underhanded. They $19 shipping on a $40 package. Here is the kicker they use FedEx smart post. Which is the cheapest shipping service possible. My package was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and the actual date was 12/19. Nope! Due to their cheap unreliable service I may never see the items that I purchased and they definitely won’t be here by today when needed. Never again! This company does not stand behind their service. Even though it was a guaranteed delivery there is no teeth in the guarantee! What a joke! Never trust this company they are underhanded and shipping is horrendous!

Placed an order on the 13th, 2-7 day ground, 114 miles away, here we are 8 days later, and all you see in tracking is on way, could have used UBER to get it on time. oh and 3 days with no updated tracking for a food product, way to go QC. will be returning if and when it arrives since it will be too late to gift and id spend more re-shipping as a gift than to send it back, good job Cheeseman.

Order process was easy. Great selection and sizes offered. Arrived timely and well packaged. Order placed on the 12/12 and arrived 12/20. Peanut brittle, fruitful delight and fruit & nuts bread with creams. Each very tasty and you’ll be delighted when it arrives. Only issue is the very high S&H which made me reduce some items for purchasing.

If I could rate -10, I would. Apparently it’s fine to order a gift for one family member, but if you order for three people, it is regarded as “suspicious activity“ and two of your orders are cancelled. Then, they notify you of the cancellation by sending you a letter via USPS! Oh, but you can send a cashier’s check and they will gladly send your other two orders. Jack-holes!

Very disappointed in the customer service of this company.
Placed an order and was never notified that it did not go through. Never received a phone call or an email (despite several marketing messages in that time) about the order, but received a PAPER letter that it had been cancelled. Tried to call - they had canceled the order. Tried to reorder the items, but then was told I would need to pay extra for expedited shipping now. Was bounced around multiple times to service assistants and then got to a supervisor. When she tried to place my order again, of course several items were no longer in stock! Why didn't the earlier customer service reps tell me that?!
The supervisor also said someone put in a record that they tried to call, which I do not believe because I never received a missed call and especially not a voicemail message.
Incredibly poor service and now I'm out several gifts for my inlaws!
Do not order from this company if you expect good service!

Never again! this company has poor customer service. they do not communicate with a customer if they have a problem with an order and blame the online order process. When you contact them they act like they could care less, no effort to resolve concern.

They charge for expedited shipping but don't ship any faster than the free option. Do not buy from this deceptive seller.

At present, this is my eighth call to the company trying to correct an incorrect address . ..No one can take initiative or responsibility .. They merely transfer to an ever playing bad music loop. so, here we are 8 calls, three days , no resolution.

Unbelievable!! I ordered on 12/1 for a Christmas gift and it’s still not delivered! The package went to a distribution center 4 miles from destination and then shipped to WV now it’s just in limbo. Will dispute with my cc if it’s not there by Monday

I ordered some hors d'oeuvres from these people. They sent an email on Dec 9th saying they shipped. 0n the 11th the tracking showed ‘label printed’. I contacted them and customer service said they were delivering on the 11th. When I told them about tracking I got no answer back. It’s now the 13th and tracking still shows not sent. They are now ghosting me. I have filed a CC dispute with my bank. Horrible service and they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ok so I am not understanding why people are complaining about this company. I received a catalog and was intrigued to buy several items. Yes the pictures are enhanced to show detail as most companies do, but if you read the fine print it discloses the ounces. The food is amazing and the sweets are premium!!! So anyone who feels discouraged to buy from here is being lied to, do not listen to anyone. This place is nostalgic considering my grandparents were avid buyers every Christmas since childhood for me. Thanks for the great product am enjoying right now.

I was way overcharged with the shipping & handling and processing fee. There is $37 that is not counted for. All I got from the agent "'is I'm sorry,". yet they still couldn't itemized my order. Nothing was right!!! Even in my email, there was no prices showed. Don't buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

If you think you can add the free gift after ordering bc they forgot to offer it to you- forget it. The company is based on lying and this is the last time I’ll be ordering from them. They make it all very difficult and it is NOT WORTH the hassle. BYE-Bye Cheeseman. I suspect they’re WOKE and it’s a matter of time before they go BROKE. Don’t buy from this stingy company bc you’ll get sample sizes, the ads in the catalog are a lie.

I placed an order for 2 different cheeses. They sent 2 of the same. I paid for express shipping so it would arrive before the holiday. My first thought it they should mail the correct cheeses with a return shipping label for the item I'm returning. Nope. I have to return the item at my cost for the shipping. What about the express shipping? Credit or refund? Nope. After a call with customer service they determined that a credit for shipping couldn't happen because the cheese...never shipped. WHAT????

I placed an order not even 10 hours ago, late last night. I forgot to order one item. They informed me order was shipping, and nothing could be added. I doubt this, as I’m on east coast and they are on west coast. Big time difference. I was informed I would need to place a new order. The item was $12.99. Customer service told me shipping was $30. No way, management could not overwrite. Therefore I did not place order. Second, I placed an order to be shipped 12-17 as a Xmas gift. I forgot to add note. Merry Christmas from ———. They said order placed aside and note could not be added. Come on this is meats and cheese. HOW FRESH IS THIS STUFF WHEN RECEIVED. .SINCE MANAGER COULD NOT HELP, I REFUSE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. People beware of what you order. My shipping on first order was $30. Customer service stinks

On February 27, 2024, my order shipped from your facility when I placed it online. I am a member of the Wisconsin CheeseMan and I placed an order and in less than 5 minutes I received confirmation that order was placed, followed up by another email when my order was being processed. I ordered the "Spring Bridge Mix"and "Fruit & "Nuts Breads" and "Cremes Gift Assortment and lastly a box of "Liqueur Petits Fours". I appreciate the daily updates to have an idea of when the shipment will arrive at its destination. I have ordered in the past to previous family members, and they loved your products. I decided to send as a birthday gift to my Auntee whos Bday was approaching the first week of March. When she received the package everything was well packed and it arrived safely. I did receive tracking confirmation on the package when it arrived to my Auntees building. Once she received it, she said she enjoyed everything. I do enjoy that the site offers different options to choose from. I highly recommend it! Just a click away to send something to someone to see them smile. MARIAE
