Don’t waste your time I paid them $500 and had a emergency the same week, I had an electrical fire in my house and needed the money back and they told me it was too late they already started the process and I couldn’t get refund. I’m highly upset with myself I should have done more research on them before I paid them anything!!!

After paying in full and being misled for close to a year, i fired them, instead of a refund they file a hearing 5 months out after i already hired another lawyer. Even though i fired them on a Friday after 3pm they claimed they filed for the hearing that day, which i received notification for weeks later, I received a call stating they would withdraw. Misled again, they are so concerned the new Lawyer would get a faster date they never withdrew creating confusion at the courthouse, he had to file a substitution. Update in response to wiperecords review, complete lie is how they responded, i would gladly upload received and sent emails as proof that after i fired them they filed the motion, even though i stated i hired other council, they are correct to why i hired other council they are extremely slow, Taylor couldnt even give me a estimated timeline on when they would file but within weeks after firing them i received a email of a courtdate. This is the only site i could leave a review, the first site on google that gives wiperecord fantastic reviews, its not even possible to leave a review. My biggest mistake was hiring wiperecord.

I used WipeRecord to expunge my felony I got when I was 24. NGL - I was quite hesitant about using a law firm I found online but after speaking with Matt and Sawyer, I felt comfortable. I used their no-interest payment plan which was helpful as money is typically tight in my household. Me and my wife were all smiles when we got the signed order. Use WipeRecord if you need your record expunged!

Highly recommend Sam Eastman and WipeRecord. His team was attentive to my case and as a result, my 2 misdemeanors have been expunged. I was initially wary of the process but after I spoke with Sam, my stress level started to decline. I was kept informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. Complete scam! They took my $300 and stopped returning my calls altogether. I’m looking into filing a class action lawsuit since they are obviously scamming a lot of people.

Wipe record is a joke!!! Don’t use them they suck! You’ll be told nothing but lies!!! Paid in full in February 24th 2020 it’s March 4th 2022 today still waiting was told 3 to 6 months when I signed up! And people wonder why nobody likes or trusts lawyers!

Wow, I must say I researched a lot of companies and thought I was making a gd decision by choosing this company, lord oh lord please don’t allow this company to do what they did to me.. I called on a Friday and paid 800.00 which was half of my fees. I had a emergency over the weekend and found out I needed a that money, so I cancel two days later and they charged me 300.00 dollars for nothing pretending they started already. I really wanted to use this company, after that really shocked me. I’m trying to post all Supporting documents and emails to back up this review. So please done use this company.. I will send more reviews and report this company..

I have had 4 different paralegals. They said in my area the expungement should take about 9 months. I am approaching 3 years (partly due to covid) and my last correspondence stated it could be another year. I did get my expungement. I recommend to keep on top of your case and speak to your paralegals on a regular basis.

I had my doubts of using an online firm to accomplish my relief from disability in NEW YORK state, but with very minimal effort personally wiperecord successfully help me regain my right to own a firearm.

Absolutely the worst company for expungement assistance. I was double billed several times. Everyone I have dealt with has left and no one will return my emails. My expungement has been going on for 16 months now.

I am now filing a complaint with the Texas State Attorney General's Office.

These people are scammers and money vultures! If you have a felony and are looking to get your 2nd Amendment Gun rights back. Just go to an attorney near you. It’ll be way cheaper. It’ll take a short amount of time and it will actually get done. But if you go through them they’ll going to charge you a ridiculous amount of money. It’ll take them forever to get it done( if they get it done at all) . They are a waste of time and definitely a waste of money ! You’ve Been Warned. Do not listen to these bogus reviews that they probably posted themselves . Go to YouTube…. Type in wiperecord.com . Watch that short video. That’s the true people you’re dealing with. (it’s not me in that video but I was done the same way). Stay away from these Crooks!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Wiperecord.

In my misspent youth, I did some stupid things and ended up a felon for having 4 pot plants. I regretted this for 40 years, having to revel my record every time I applied for a new professional license or appointment with a new insurance or investment company.

Wiperecord did everything they said, got my pot felony turned into a misdemeanor. I have since been able to purchase both long guns and handguns, I even got a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
