Would like an email to confirm a win
Would like an email to confirm a win; which is unlikely due to the odds, but better still is an email to say, unlucky didn’t win this time

Hi there, and thanks for the feedback!
We totally understand where you’re coming from. With odds that reflect the value of the prizes, we know winning can feel like a long shot—but we really appreciate you getting involved and supporting what we do.
We actually do send out a follow-up email after every draw, letting everyone know whether they’ve won or not. It sounds like this may have landed in your junk or promotions folder, but we’ll definitely take your comments on board and look at how we can make those messages clearer or more visible.
We’re always working on ways to improve the experience for everyone who enters, so feedback like this really does help.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review—and fingers crossed for next time 🤞

Glad to hear the site was easy to use – that’s something we’ve worked hard on, so it’s great to know it’s paying off. Honestly, you never know… for just under 2 quid, your dream bike might actually be heading your way. Imagine the forest flex! 😄
We’re rooting for you – fingers and toes crossed right back at you. Appreciate the support more than you know.

Hi Barry!
Thanks so much for your support and for taking part in a few of our draws — it really means a lot to us. We’re sorry to hear about your current bike situation, especially if you rely on it for commuting. Fingers crossed that one of these entries turns into a big win for you soon 🤞
We do this to give people the chance to get back on two wheels without breaking the bank, so it’s always great to hear when that really resonates. Appreciate you being part of the WYDB community – and we’ll be cheering you on for the next draw!
All the best,
Chris & the team 🚴♂️
Awesome!!
I entered the Christmas draw for a Trek Interstellar road bike . I normally purchase a couple of tickets but I thought its Xmas go for 5. So glad I did as I won it. I was stunned when Chris rang me up. Today Chris drove to Gatwick Balfe's cycle shop and collected it and drove it all the way to Ipswich for me. What a bike! such a beauty!... Chris your are a hero and a very nice chap! Thanks again! (Remember you have got to be in it, to win it)........

Ahhh this made my day – thank you so much! 🙌
Honestly, it was such a pleasure delivering that Trek Interstellar to you – what a stunning bit of kit, and I couldn’t be happier it’s gone to someone who clearly loves their cycling. Your reaction was absolutely priceless when I gave you that call! 😂
Appreciate you taking the chance (and going big for Christmas with 5 tickets!) – just goes to show, you really do have to be in it to win it. Hope the bike brings you loads of amazing rides and good memories.
Enjoy every mile, and thanks again for being part of what we do!
– Chris 👊🚴♂️

I was lucky enough to win a Canyon Inflite CFR through this, and it was an altogether great experience - Chris is incredibly helpful throughout, and the bike arrived smoothly with no issues - so a big thank you to all the team there again! Also nice to know that even if you don't win, money is going towards some very worthy charities.
Always a bit awkward turning up to a group ride on a new bike, and even more so when everyone asks where you got it and you say "I won it!" My go to remark has been "someone has to win these things" and that I've just been lucky enough to be that someone this time, so it does happen, and I'm very glad I took the punt. Definitely a well spent £20.

Still Can't Believe My Luck!
Just before Christmas, I took a chance and entered a competition with Win Your Dream Bike, and incredibly—I WON! 🎉
I finally got my hands on the bike last week, and yesterday, I took it out for its maiden voyage. What can I say... this bike is AMAZING! 🚀
Compared to my old mountain bike, riding this feels like cheating—fast, smooth, and effortless. Easily the best ride I've ever experienced!
Huge thanks to Chris and the entire team at Win Your Dream Bike. It's incredible what a simple £5 investment can do—I’m beyond happy! 🙌

Fun competition and supporting great causes.
Win a new 'dream' bike, support great causes, what's not to like. Although I haven't won yet, it's great to dream and be proud that I am contributing towards deserving charities, oh and it's fun to, anticipating the result.

Real winner with a real dream bike!
I tried a few times before winning my dream bike, but even when I didn't win, it was still fun to be a part of. As a social care worker, I can't overstate how welcome it is for supporting organisations to not only receive donations, but to also have awareness raised of their work. Living far from the bike suppliers, my prize was delivered by a delivery company, and this was smoothly organised by Chris and Balfe's Bikes. Chris kept in touch through the process to ensure details such as the correct frame size. I still tune into the prize draws, as they are always fun to watch too, especially for winners' reactions to the phone call from Chris

Charles, one of the reasons to start this was with the purpose of not only giving people a chance to win a dream bike, but to also help out charities wether that be through donations or. awareness!
As a recent winner I can't fault this…
As a recent winner I can't fault this competition in any way. Bought tickets a few times and always thought the process was simple, the odds VERY favourable compared to other competitions and the chance to win 3 times per month is also in the buyers favour. Given the quality of the bikes on offer and the fact that charities benefit with a decent % of the proceeds, there really is no down side. Chris's communications and updates on delivery were spot on... now I just need the weather to improve to get a chance to ride it outdoors!
