I had a warranty claim, even after 5 years of use, Ed had no qualms about replacement. Had a little wait for the replacement but was given an option to upgrade, even threw in a set of carbon bars as a gesture of good will.

I bought a Titanium Gradient three years ago. Sadly, the frame cracked on the downtybe just above the bottom bracket. I contacted Reilly and they quickly sorted out a replacement frame under the lifetime warranty.
The bike itself is a real joy.

I got a Gradient from Reilly after looking for a titanium gravel bike.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I was deciding my spec for the build
They built a bike as close to what I wanted. Some items were not possible to get but they came up with great alternatives and some even better than I had picked.
Customer services were excellent and I was always kept informed of any changes. They also went out of their way to get my bike to me.
The bike looks amazing, and is fantastic to ride. It’s light and stiff but also very responsive. It’s fast and does exactly what you want it to do. It’s a real pleasure to ride, on road or off.
I wish I’d got one years ago and highly recommended Reilly to anyone for their next bike purchase.

Bought a Reilly reflex frame to build up my dream gravel bike! From start to finish of chatting with Reilly, it was very easy, felt very informal and personal, and everything I asked was catered for. On top of that, the bike is exceptional, super high quality and rides like a dream. Very happy!

My second Reilly - I bought a T325D a couple of years ago and now I've dabbled in Gravel with a Gradient. I am really happy with both bikes. The T325D was a great replacement for my old carbon road bike and will be my forever road bike and now I have, with my Gradient a forever gravel and touring bike.

Both purchases were smooth. Delivery times were a bit protracted but I was kept up to date all the time. I could choose every component on the bike.

And everyone comments on how good it looks. If you are on the fence don't be. Buy one.

I had an issue with a component and Reilly were incredibly responsive and helpful.

This was a long process due to admin and progress my end but the team at Reilly have been engaged and on-hand throughout the process. My local bike shop organised a demo bike to be sent out which was a top of the line model, gave it a test and wasn't sure on the fit (but loved the bike), spoke to the Reilly team and they had me to their office for a test ride on an alternative side.

Having loved that bike too, they took my fit data and put a frameset and handlebar aside me while I sorted the cycle2work voucher out (which took a while). Again, communications was first class throughout.

One issue did occur in that the frameset was posted with an offset seat-post and it should have been an inline post. They acknowledged this and a new seat-post was received the following day.

Ed and Chris were great, the chat over WhatsApp was very handy and we had interesting and informative conversation which helped me to make my mind up. They were very flexible! I now have my perfect bike which is amazing! The price was very reasonable, packaging of the bike was great and delivery was perfect with tracking details as it progressed. Super happy!
