I made one donation to Winsome Sears Governor VA. I was solicited to make a donation by Win Red. Multiple charges have been made to my account that I did not authorize. Additionally I am being charged $75 a month to Eli Crane in AZ. I have requested cancelation and refunds. No response from Win Red
I receive over 20 text messages everyday from Win Red. They claim that the do nor send text messages!!!!!!’

Unbelievable, this is a scam!

Constant spam texts asking for donations, I’ve never donated and there is no way to stop these. Replying stop just results in texts from different numbers the next day

I get upwards of 50 texts a day and I no longer answer any sort of phone call. I say stop and block the number but 3 more bounce right back like the heads of a hydra. Please get them to stop its awful and its been happening for months.

NONE AUTHORIZED PAYMENT TWICE
I filled out a WinRed form because my payment information was used October 28 for $52.05 and again October 31 for $52.05. I filled out the form that is supposed to be answered within 3 days for a refund and to make sure this does not happen again. No response. I did not authorize this and need a refund. I fear WinRed will continue to take payments from my bank. I am 71 and raising 2 small grandchildren. Please help me.

The leading platform for supporting conservative candidates in the United States. Unfortunately, also the worst. They send text and emails non-stop, and continue to sell my data to people in states I don't even live in. I've blocked dozens of numbers and responded stop, but they keep sending links from new ones. I wish the FCC or Bureau of Elections would step in and stop these egregious spammers! They ought to be ashamed. They claim they can't stop people from sending links but won't do anything even when I know who's sending the spam.

Took his savings and left him in serious debt
Beyond unconscionable -will be getting attorney general involved -devastating sbd have read similar attorney general suits throughout the country - sbd this is official arm of Republican Party - no response no help very sad

Well, I like to support the Republican Party and have in fact , however, once I signed up with you thousands of candidates throughout the nation, get my phone number and text me incessantly and you say unless it’s your link you can’t do anything about it. That’s ridiculous. I’ve tried and tried and tried to delete them and I spend hours at a time trying to report junk, but it is to have no avail.
My businesses are suffering. I can’t find text messages from my clients because my SMS is clouded with at least 100 or more donation messages per day. If I’m willing to sign up with you and support the Republican Party, there should be a way for me to choose whether I want to hear from dozens and dozens of candidates that I would not be able to support. You need to fix this because I’m ready to jump ship.

Some how these scammers coned me out of a donation I did not intend to make and couldn't afford.
They are unscrupulous and evil.

Randall who replied to my email about requesting a refund of my donation made the difference. He replied promptly to my message and issued a refund the same day and I received back on my credit card within a couple of a days.

I can tell that they are the real thing that I am willing to support! I’ve had times of responding to other groups and I had to stop supporting them…
But keep up your great work and I am happy and confident that your group is the real thing! Thank you!

WINRED gives other right wing folks the opportunity to share their feelings with one another without having to defend who they are. A family united with God and Trump as our Maker and Guide to Right.

My transaction went very smoothly with WinRed. They have a colossal job handling all of the transactions for donations to Republicans and Conservatives. However there's one thing that I wish they would change. For those of us who do not like texts, I wish they would give the opportunity to not enter our phone number for texts. You have to enter the phone number in order to process the transaction. My opinion.

WinRed was quickly responsive to my questions.

They explained the process they go through to produce the calendar and the time period it takes.

It s very easy in this app to unintentionally give a donation or a repeating donation. When this happens it is impossible to reach WinRed by phone and they do not respond to their text stream. I somehow have a repeating donation of $100 and it took me three months to realize what was happening and cut this off with my credit card. I wrote a request for a refund on their site for all three months and have heard nothing. It is a shame I can’t continue the small donations I usually make but I DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, and I question the integrity of the folks running it. If they make this right I’ll repost but I’ve already waited over six weeks to hear back from them.

donated one time and they set me up on a reoccurring payment, not only once but four times a month. Not only that they have sold my information to other organizations. I repeatedly asked them to stop charging me and refund me no response. I’ll be filing a CFPB complaint against them as you should as well. And getting an attorney on Monday. There’s no proof that they even give your money to the right cause anyway. Do not donate.

WinRed is a good organization who manage donations from those who support the Conservatives. A time or two when a mistake was made, they were quick to correct the mistake. When you have a person in government that you want to donate to, use WinRed to support them.

So after discovering that even if you delete your phone number from the platform, it just gets repopulated, and the spam texts keep coming, and there is NO way to unsubscribe or even contact "support", I put up a one-star rating. In response I got an email thanking me for my positive review and offering the opportunity to post another 5-star review. I don't think so! Here is another 1-star review.

The WinRed agent, (Josh) was helpful in getting me my $50.00 refund, which I unintentionally donated.
