WinRed is a cancer. I'm sorry I ever donated a single penny, but I will NEVER AGAIN give them another cent. About 1,300 text messages ago, I asked them to stop sending their spam to me. They won't stop. Stay as far away from these assholes as you can, never give them anything.

It started with a text, starting with “A yes or no. Zero $ ask.” I followed the link, answered the 2 questions, wrote a comment, and then saw that the only way to submit the survey was to either click on Applepay or pay with card. And they had already selected $75 as amount of payment, and checked a box that used word salad to say the payment would be reoccurring monthly. So much for Zero dollar ask.

So I unclicked the 75, and entered a zero in the “other amount” box. Could no longer pay or otherwise move forward. So went back and deleted the zero, at put 0.1 as the amount. Again, couldn’t pay or move forward. Tried again, this time I didn’t enter anything in the other amount . And clicked on Apple pay. It went to the next page, asking me to confirm a payment of $75. And there was no back button either.

I thought what in the world? And I took a screenshot, by pressing the side button and home button of my ipad. I did not click anything, just took a screenshot. As soon as I did, it went to the next page, saying thank you for your payment of $75. Would you also be willing to pay for a processing fee, and suggested $20.

I was flabbergasted. I looked for a number to call, to ask for a refund. Could not find one. Only the option to send an email. Which means they have now mined my email too, and I am likely to start getting bombarded on email they way they have been bombarding me with texts on a daily basis. And no indication of when they may or may not get back to me. This is not okay.

This is misrepresentation at best, luring people in by blatantly lying to them, and then taking money that the people did not authorize to give through deceptive automated means. It is unethical and unbecoming of a political party, and a scam. And judging from complaints online, they’ve done it repeatedly. How is this legal?

I am an independent that votes conservative most of the time. I donate to candidates from time to time , but directly to candidate…NEVER through Winred! I have no idea who owns or runs Winred; however, if I were a candidate, I would avoid them like the plague. Association with Winred actually decreases your chance of being elected, as they are considered a very corrupt organization. Avoid them at all costs!

I am sick of being bombarded with messages and even messages that say this is it we are going to drop you i wont donate ever again if these dont stop i have blocked numers asked to stop and they just find another number to harrass you from stop

My WInRed account was hacked due to the non-existent security of how these texts are sent. WinRed support continues to ignore my complaint of HACK, while members of the NRSC continue to insult me for non-response. I have begged for my account to be canceled because the hacker has control. It is the only way to stop misuse of the account by the hacker called "Robert". Yet, all WinRed does is to waste password reset messages that cannot get to me.

I have contacted this company over and over and over again about charging my credit cards. This company is a leach and no matter when I change my credit cards. They find out my new credit card and they continue to charge.

This is why I don’t support anymore Republicans just because this company is so disgustingly sneaky and stealing my funds so now I have to go to the bank and I have to trace everyone back and have the bank do a charge back because this company is run by scumbags

I would give a negative review if it were possible. i dontated to donald trump one time and have been charged a reoccurring "donation" ever since. this is a fraudulent and deceptive organization and i will be discussing this issue with an attorney. be aware that clicking the one-time donation does not mean they will not sign you up for monthly automatic donations.

The endless spam from spoofed phone numbers are so incessant that it's preventing me from keeping up with messages from my family! Stop messaging me!

NEVER EVER EVER donate to anything with winred attached. If you make one donation like I did they will sell you to every politician out there. For 3 years now I have received over 50 texts and emails a day from politicians with winreds name at the bottom. And you can unsubscribe all you want and they will keep coming.

I made donations to these people in the past, but have had no desire to support this MAGA movement and what it has stood for. However, I now get texts like everytime I turn around begging for money. You wouldn't need to beg if you did the right thing instead of letting one man own you. For that you get nothing, and I need you to stop begging.

I had several recurring payments that I wanted to stop. Randall was my contact and walked me through it. Workd out great.

Winred is awful!! They are stealing money from my Mom. They take when they want and when asked to cancel they don't. If you offer to give $5.00 they will take $500.00. DO NOT GIVE TO THEM!!
I am a republican and they make the republican party look bad.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Once you use them to donate you’ll find yourself on emails, texts and phone calls to donate. After donating to a candidate only a couple times I found myself getting repeated charges for additional donations. Also additional candidates. My donation metastasized into multiple donations. When I complained they said they can only remove 60 days. When I went to the credit card company they took the charges off but Winred had them put back on. It’s an ongoing nightmare. I wish I never donated.

I will never donate to red win again thousands of text in a month and a half. I’m constantly deleting them nonstop every day. And I let everybody I know not to donate. Your process needs to change you are hurting not helping Republicans.

I was under the belief that I was making a donation to one candidate and then started to see all the donations to other campaigns. I canceled my subscription two years ago and in the last two days have seen three charges to new campaigns. I've sent them a terse email demanding a refund and to cancel my already canceled subscription. My phone has been blowing up with text messages from Republican campaigns ever since the first and only legitimate contribution two years ago. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth I may never vote again.

I support President Trump but ever since I made a donation 3 days ago my phone has been blowing up with unsolicated text for more donation. The Republican party need to straighten this out because even though I know President Trump isn't behind the excess messaging it is annoying me to the point of not wanting to ever financially support him or other Republicans. Im sure that isn't their goal.
Supporters should not be treated aggressively.

I made the mistake of using Winred to contribute to Ms. Winsome's campaign.

After running through a gauntlet of six dialog boxes, requesting a "tip", extra donations, etc, I finally received a confirmation.

My credit card recorded two separate charges. I only authorized one. Winred's method of retrieving donation does not work.

I have written off the second contribution. They can choke on it. I will never use WinRed again.

They are totally incapable of treating people with dignity. I get 10 to 15 nasty text a day wanting money from just about the whole Republican Party. I am sick and disgusted with their using my information for harassment. Sad. Sad. .

Winred snookered and 86 year old man, fighting dementia, to donate to a cause and then made it a recurring donation. They then made it difficult to get out of the situation. There is a special place in hell for people like this.
