I'm afraid I've been spoilt. I have played for years at Videoslots, and when I withdraw winnings, absolutely 100% guaranteed the money goes into my account within under half hour, never any longer.
With Winomania casino it's been a day and a half and still the winnings are not in my account.
However, I will say that the casino itself is excellent, there is a lot of game choice, it has a nice and easy and user friendly layout, they sorted out my documentation within 24 hours, and every one who I have communicated with (which is about 5 people) are really polite and friendly and helpful.
So if they just sorted out the speed of the withdrawal process that would make it better.
