Dreadful organisation with zero customer care

We need the option to give minus stars. Inadequate web chat facility. Non existent customer service. Registered in Malta of course so no point in complaining about their behaviour. In response to the person so pleased to have "won" £200 on a bonus. You can't withdraw bonus balances so that's another con. There are thousands of these sites, some as bad, some a bit better, try a few before deciding who you want to give your money to. And as they like to say "please play safe".

Probably the worst gambeling site I…

Probably the worst gambeling site I have ever been on avoid at all costs.

They hang on to your withdrawal request for as long as possible blaming it on taking your turn. I think taking 5 days to even review your request is way too long.

If you try to take cash out they want your driving licence and a copy of your card. But they arecquite happy taking cash from you with no ID required. Very very poor service.

Genuinely an excellent experience

I see lots of poor reviews and want to share my genuine experience of Winomania which has been excellent. ID verification took just one day, no issues at all. I'm a fairly new customer, just a few months, but last week I was lucky enough to have an unexpected huge five figure win for a low stake. I received the full amount within just 4 working days by wire direct to my bank account. Transferring large sums is not a simple task and involves lots of admin & checks and so four days is very reasonable tbh. During the four days customer service team members (Tom, Veronika) offered their congratulations and were very reassuring, friendly and helpful. Great first win but sending documents is a nightmare sent everything as requested then got asked for
My bank statement again so went on the chat which was very quick to be told
They had used my bank statement as prof of address instead of income hopefully that’s it all sorted
And I receive my funds soon no email so far though 🤷‍♀️update very quick pay out once all documents were verified the live chat was amazing at helping me and keeping me updated

Not great

UPDATE: Was asked to provide source of funds £150 loss limit imposed, contacted customer support and was told I could continue with the loss limit, not needing to send payslips so did not send, they locked my account anyway. LIARS, DO NOT TRUST. Withdrawal times are too slow, i am verified user. Fanatic website

Fantastic website and offers exactly what it states.

Withdrawals may be slightly slower than other sites, which I had my doubts about but every withdrawal has been processed the next day without fail so although they may not be done in a couple
of hours, you can guarantee they will be done asap.

Maybe could do with one or two more game providers but it does look like they are working on that which is great.

Had some issues and reviewed this site and closed my account. Had a response which was lovely. All my issues were resolved and taken care of really professionally.
