Not sure about these bad reviews, withdrawal was quick. As long as you ensure all your documentation is uploaded , no issues whatsoever. I always check reviews before playing on a new site. I joined this site just under a week…

I joined this site just under a week ago. Firstly tried to withdraw and was asked to verify account documents sent and still waiting for withdraw 4 days on. Tried accessing chat but no one picks it up. Look on Google and it states winomania is online from 6am this is not the case. I will see now that I have left a bad review if they are serious or not and give me what I am due.

Great site

I really dont understand all these negative reviews I joined on Sunday 23rdjuly 2023 won a fair amount of money which is luck as all casinos are I uploaded my documents made a withdrawal the same day and was paid today 25th july. I used PayPal as payment. the chat was friendly as I read all these horrible reviews so I panicked. The documents take up to 2 days to review but they do send you a email when you join explaining you to do this so it wasn't a surprise that you have to do it. A fun casino and received my winnings quickly

In the past month or so, I've really enjoyed playing at Winomania. There's a decent variety of games, RTP is good and I'm super happy that I won.
Yes, docs verification takes a while (2 days), especially over the weekend period. Support assured me it's done once only per payment method, hope that's the case and will update my review, if I win again (fingers crossed!). Other than that, it was smooth and got my winnings quickly afterwards.

I normally really enjoy WINOMANIA

I normally really enjoy WINOMANIA, but recently they keep having “error code 211” pop up and terminate game play consistently. It’s really annoying and apparently a technical error, it’s just one that isn’t being very well dealt with as it’s been happening for a good few weeks now. Also I withdrew at approx 2am Friday morning, and my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed, and according to the live chat, they don’t process withdrawals on a weekend at all? Very strange as the back log on a Monday must be pretty big?! Overall I really enjoy the site, great selection of games (get pragmatic and it would be amazing) I’ve been playing on this site for quite a while and can honestly say it’s one of the best sites I play on. Unbelievable!!!

Unbelievable!!!! I've never seen this happen before on the 10s and 10s of sites I've gambled on I won £62 on fishing pots of gold in a bonus round and it never credited it to my balance!! Fraudulent company, poor management

Do not use this site, they withhold deposits without explanation, a breach in there licence, then start the “we need extra documentation” nonsense this is in no way near the requirements until a certain £2500 thresholds has been met, if you win on this site they keep it for the most maximum possible time, I’ve opened a case with the gambling commission who have told me they have broken the licence supplied by them, and are fully investigating all my screen recordings and emails from them, and deposits I’ve given them, DO NOT USE I will be fully confident they will be fined for breaching rules and regulations, a site like this is most likely a rebranded and different licensee using the old fashioned loop hole method, remember guys if you haven’t received money owed your bank will retrieve the funds but only do this as a last resort a bank won’t refund you if they have paid out winnings or you’ve only claimed a charge back on the assumption you’ve lost it and not won anything or have pending withdrawals, remember SCREEN RECORD everything you can’t lie about a screen

Good casino with fast withdrawal…

Good casino with fast withdrawal times... I won over 5k on my first session and received without fuss. Would be 5 stars if easier to play on a mobile (screen is pretty small), more choice of providers such as pragmatic and some of the games you can't play on smaller bet sizes. But, a great experience all round so well done.
