Knowledgeable and fuss-free
Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful salesperson. He quickly found us a fridge that was well-priced and easily fitted into the space we had in our new home. Next day delivery, installation and removal of packaging (they would have taken our old fridge if we still had it) was fuss-free and efficient by friendly delivery guys.

Front loader washing machine purchase
I had an excellent experience in the showroom when choosing a new washing machine (although the model I was after wasn’t on the floor, a similar one was). You can’t go wrong when the product is on sale, delivery is free, the appliance is unpacked and installed and the old machine is taken away. I’m very happy.

They had the model I wanted
They had the model I wanted. The fact that installation of the new fridge, removal of all packaging, removal and disposal of the old fridge was part of the service at no cost is what sold me to choose Winnings, once again. The delivery team did a great job. Very helpful. Ordered by phone on a Saturday via a very helpful service lady. It was delivered the following Tuesday morning. Delivery was ahead of the expected time by 10 minutes. You can't complain about that!

I would not trust these guys on delivery timetable.
We order a sink over 6 weeks ago and we were assured it would arrive before by 15 Dec . We were told on the 14 it would not be in their warehouse until the 20 Dec but when it got there they would assure it had priority to get it to us on the same day as we were waiting on it to finish off the kitchen. We were called on the 21 Dec and told it has arrived at their warehouse but wouldn’t be delivered until 24 Dec
I would never deal with winnings they have made no effort and just lie you on timing.
We recently ordered 3 appliances from winnings
We recently ordered a Miele oven, a Bosch washing machine and a Fisher Paykel fridge. the washing machine was delivered, but the delivery guy's driver did not get out of the van, and my 75 year old husband had to assist the delivery guy to bring the washing machine down the steps to our laundry.
The Miele oven was delivered minus a couple of additions that were included, but that is a Miele thing, not a Winnings thing, when the oven was to be installed, which we had paid for, the date for the installation was changed - apparently we had to phone and confirm the oven had been delivered and we hadn't. The lady at Appliances online gave us another electrician to call and thankfully he came out the same day and installed it and we were refunded our installation money. Today our fridge was to be delivered between 2-4pm, we arrived from work before 2. At 3:38 I got a message to say that delivery would be arriving in 30 minutes. After about 45 minutes the delivery guy called and said they would be another 10 minutes. The delivery guy arrived (same guy who delivered the washing machine) looked at the entrance, said it would be a 4 man job, they were tired had been a long day, would be another 2-4 days before it could be booked in - my husband asked him to phone his boss and he would speak to him, the guy said he would just go and get his phone, that was the last we saw of him, we waited 5 minutes, went up to the street, but there was no delivery van - they had left, no phone call, no apologies. Phoned winnings, said they would arrange delivery tomorrow morning. Meanwhile we had turned off our fridge, removed all food stuff into esky's and now have to wait another day. To say we are disappointed is mild - angry, frustrated is more like it. Winnings you have lost a loyal customer, this is our 4th purchase from you. Never again
