Eureka! ....

What we needed was very hard to find...a fridge to fit the hole in our 30 y.o kitchen. It took a long time searching online to find the right size in the colour we wanted but once I found the Winning website it was so easy. To top it off the delivery experience left us feeling that we'd been cared for by experts in installation in a very respectful manner.

My first experience in purchasing from Winning Appliances

Over the Easter weekend our 10-year old Siemens Dishwasher 'gave up the ghost'. Visiting the Crows Nest store this morning relieved my anxieties & answered all my concerns. Nunda Wiersma, Winning's Product Expert simply took me through the alternatives and without fuss or pressure SOLD to me a new Dishwasher that will meet all my family's needs. It will be delivered and installed on Monday. Thank you Winnings. Most Impressive.

Winnings - Northmead NSW - I had the pleasure of speaking with Amadini.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Amadini Bandara over the phone. I didn't have clear ideas for what appliances we were after for our kitchen renovation and wasn't sure if the specifics - Amadini was so helpful, patient and clearly explained the differences between the items to me in a way I understood without making me feel silly. She was amazing! I had a rough budget in mind but because she explained the comparison between different items, I ended up understanding that the items I had my mind set on, weren't suitable for what I needed for our kitchen. If it wasn't for Amadini, our whole kitchen renovation would be going pear shape.

I would definitely use this company…

I would definitely use this company again. I found the best price which was great, but also the ordering and delivery processes were very easy and very fast. Notifications were accurate so I knew exactly when to be home. Can’t fault them!

They can use better delivery services

They can use better delivery services, for example, Australia post.
I ordered an item a week ago, still not received.
I tried to reschedule the delivery twice
each time they said it will be delivered the next day but they didn't.
I was supposed to install the appliance this weekend but I guess I will not be doing that. Opened a support case with Big W , that is the platform they advertised on.
Btw, perhaps next time specify the item location so people can estimate delivery times

Absolutely no question

Winnings customer service is unparalleled as is their range and commitment to the best possible product and price, delivered in the quickest timeframe. In more than 25 years they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s a single item or a full suite because we’re renovating. The care and effort is the same. Keryn (Newcastle Store) is a pleasure to deal with and her before, during and after sales service is outstanding.

Beautiful store great customer service

The store in Manuka is beautifully appointed. The staff member who helped us was very warm and friendly. Great product knowledge and patience and you could have a laugh with him.
Winnings have been by go to online for a number of years now. This was my second visit to the Manuka store as my wife had not been to it before.

Bad after sales support

The worst service I have ever received. Will never deal with Winnings Crowsnest again. Owen the Assistant Manager will unhelpful. Happy to sell you product but when it came to install of a fridge wanted to charge $430. There was no mention of this cost at the time when said free install.. They will not even help with details on the fridge install , saying that is an extra cost. No aftersales support and did not care. Spent 20k with them. Next time will go to Havey Norman,

I get a failed delivery message when I…

I get a failed delivery message when I am sitting at home waiting. Order is on the wrong truck and I have to rebook. Called the number and is told I called wrong department. Left two messages, I call back. Found Winning Services number on google, am told Joel is investigating and will get back to me, don’t know when it will be delivered. Compare to you ambitious webpage language, not even one point has been achieved. I am still waiting……lIan

Disappointing …

I had a really disappointing experience with Winning Appliances. The customer service was unacceptable — the woman I spoke to on the phone, Christine, had a very unprofessional and VERY RUDE attitude. Instead of helping, she made the situation more frustrating with her dismissive tone and lack of care. For a company that prides itself on service, this was extremely disappointing. I expected far better from Winning Appliances.
