Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

Company of thiefs
I have ordered some lock and fixings. Paid them for next day delivery. they delivered wrong stuff. I was told they are investigating so i can buy from somewhere else and i will be refunded. From one month am waiting for refund. Every time I call they start procedure again and tell me it will be done today. Do you think they deserve to be on trustpilot ?
