Can't order different items online so you will be left ordering multiple items paying for delivery for each! Sent message to point out the online flaw, as yet to receive a reply, wonder why...

Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

I mistakenly ordered the wrong acoustic…

I mistakenly ordered the wrong acoustic trickle vents and arranged for them to be returned. The company has received the items, but I’ve been told a refund must first be “authorised by a manager,” even though we refused delivery and the package was never even opened.

In the past, this company was straightforward and honest, but now the process feels unnecessarily difficult and drawn out. It’s disappointing to see this level of service when a simple, unopened return should have been resolved quickly and fairly.

A pleasure to deal with

I bought a part from Windowware, it was the correct make and correct size but sadly the wrong model. Windowware were a pleasure to deal with and they re-funded me in full. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

Good selection and prices

We ordered replacement Trojan Sparta 2 window handles for our conservatory. The website is easy to navigate, they have a great selection at great prices. Fast delivery too.
