Window Supply Direct Recensioni

Absolutely best experience ever, from order placement to delivery. I ordered fixed window, unusual size. The gentleman from Window Supply Direct called the following day to discuss some details I overlooked and to ensure the size is correct. Window arrived on the date provided by WSD and the delivery driver called in advance to ensure an adult can collect it. Window looks great and was easy to install. All communication with WSD was great, I could not expect a better service. Thank you!

Being able to speak to a person about our concerns was a bonus for this company. From ordering to delivery was faultless. Can't fault them.

The frame and mechanics of the window are perfect!
The were some issues with the glass, as one of the units broke in the delivery warehouse, but constant and clear communication throughout while a new unit was ordered and sent.
Outstanding customer service!

Bad finishing, lumps of plastic in the corners where the window closes and the rubber seals stuck on top, it was difficult to trim them off.
Better quality control please.

Great quality 👌 top of range lock gear, bang on size
Fitted like a dream, big help with the supplied fitting kit.

Quick order. Window fitted perfectly. Very satisfied!

Great service, easy to order and communication is good. Exactly what I expected. Would recommend a++++

Very happy with my purchase. Ray seems to be the main man on the team, with good communication, competitive prices and quality products.

Excellent service throughout, customer loved the windows excellent quality fitting was easy

Easy and straightfoward ordering process. Very pleased to find a supplier who was willing to manufacture the window. Delivery on time.

This is the second window bought from them, Great quality product. Vey helpful to make sure you get the correct window. A really good company to deal with.

Can't fault anything.
The quality & price are excellent.
Lead time was really good, was exactly as told.
Received an email for the delivery date, and an email on the morning of delivery to let us know what drop we were. The delivery driver called when he was around 40 minutes away.
The only thing is to make sure there is someone who can lift the windows off the van as the delivery driver does not do this. We were told this before we ordered, it wasn't a problem for us as I managed the 2 windows we had delivered.
Will definitely be ordering more.
Brilliant company.

Good service. Quick turnaround. And a good price. Delivered on time.

a very good service from ordering to delivery, the quality of the windows is good, quick to reply if you have any questions,

Great product beads supplied by third party were wrong no fault of window supply direct.

Windows are very good .But delivery was changed twice and was only told by the delivery company on the day before delivery not the window company so had to cancel the fitting guys who charged me.

Windows not fitted yet. Glass was broken on loading, but I was told in advance about this. Replacement glass came about a week later, so all good. I am a DIY'er and asked for installation instructions (i.e. how to get trims in) but this was not forthcoming, and this is the only reason I have not given this a 5.

Overall quality appears to be good, however the construction is not up to a standard I expected it to be. The door is fitted too low on the frame, and even adjusting the height to the max only just brought the top of the door level with the seal on the frame. The hinges are also fitted the frame at an angle: out by 4mm from top to bottom. Fortunately the door is internal, between garage and utility room; if it was external, I would have sought a replacement. Won't be buying from this supplier again.

Ordered the window it arrived on time good price had a slight problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to do business with them again
