I would give this company a 0 if I could it is a complete scam . They advertise London base they do not tell you if you return the item it goes to china sizes are way off quality is cheap nasty material at premium prices . I have no clue how they are able to trade . I was offered 20% refund then 30% then 50% to keep the rubbish items

I had been putting off buying anything new for about two years. My daughter sat me down with this website one afternoon when she was over and I ordered three things. All three were right.

Two years I've been after a jacket for this time of year, when it's not quite cold but you want something on. This does it. Buttons are lighter than the jacket deserves, mind.

I bought some boots from this Company, the website looked professional and legit and I genuinely thought that they had a Shop in London. The order took 22 days to arrive after multiple emails. They wouldn't let me cancel the order and told me that if I wanted to cancel, I should have cancelled within 15 minutes of buying. They only reply once a day and usually around 6am the next day. The boots were made of plastic, nothing like the picture advertised and glue was seeping from all the seams around the sole. They were tightly packed and folded into a bag so they were all creased. I emailed telling them this and advised them that they were not as advertised. They offered a 20% discount or return to China at my own cost with a 15% restocking fee. I emailed them refusing their offer and advised them of the Consumer Act 2015 that they are legally obliged to give me a full refund at no extra cost to me due to the fact that they were not as advertised and this was not simply that I had changed my mind. They haven't replied and haven't refunded me. Taking this matter further to get these people shut down. AVOID.

Donot order from this company. The fabric is cheap and nasty!! They will not give you your money back either if you want to return. They offer 30% of the value!! I have reported them. They shouldn't be allowed to trade on line.

AVOID – very disappointing experience
The quality of the clothing I received was nothing like what I felt was portrayed on the website.
I originally ordered a dress that turned out to be out of stock. I requested a refund, but this was refused and I was told to choose a different dress instead.
When I received the replacement and wanted to return it, I then discovered that the return address was in China. I had not been aware of this when placing my order and could not find anything on the website that made this clear beforehand.
Rather than simply arranging the return and refund, I was offered a 20% partial refund to keep the item. With the cost and inconvenience of returning the dress to China, this left me extremely dissatisfied.
Based on my personal experience, I would not order from this company again.

Cheap Chinese rubbish - do not buy from this website

Avoid at all costs! Not worth the one star, but that’s the only way I can leave a comment. Truly an awful experience to deal with this company. Long long wait with absolute no updates why the delivery took that long. Very very poor quality of goods, I bought leather boots, hardly any packaging, poor fit despite me being clear on size, and when I wanted to return the boots, I was absolutely shocked about the companies apparent policies. These are all described already by other people leaving feedback. I am currently trying to get only a 20% refund and even that is currently unsuccessful after three weeks of email to that so called company. I assumed from their website this is an English / Dutch company and was surprised about the lack of customer service and the amazingly poor quality of the boots and packaging to protect the boots. Still paid £70 which was presented as a Sale prize, so I went for it. They are not worth £5 I am afraid to say and I would have never bought it would I have known the boots are produced in China! This is not clear from the website. I am sure the companies procedure are not only unethical but illegal. At no point their website mentioned that returns have to be sent back to China paid by the customer entirely and a 15% restocking fee! Who is doing that?
Anyhow, this is dishonest and disappointing behaviour and I got sucked in by a well presented fronted website with lots of lies. Do avoid at all costs!!! What a shame to feel I need to leave such poor feedback.

I have bought the dress two month ago already returned still waiting for my refund the communication is very poor !!!

Cheap, shein-style items at UK markup prices, takes ages to arrive and tries to talk you into the '20% refund' instead of return. When you want to return, they make it difficult and tell you it needs to go to China, stipulate an inhibitively expensive service and say they'll charge you a further 15% 'restocking fee'. Dodgy business practices that are clearly dodgy Chinese Amazon-style sellers trying to pull a fast one on people trying to buy British.

Avoid, I'll be reporting to trading standards.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. To be honest it doesn't even deserve one star and should be avoided at all cost. My mistake for not checking reviews prior to buying something from them. As already highlighted in previous reviews they knowingly send you a wrong sized item and then offer you either 20% refund or you need to return item to China, paying for postage and they would still take a 15% processing fees out of the refund (even though return address on your parcel says London.) My advice to anyone who bought anything from this company recently. Go back to your own bank and raise a dispute on the transaction under "faulty item". I sent bank all the emails between the company and been refunded entire amount with 2 days.

Terrible quality shipped straight from China completely different to the images on website.I was sent the wrong colour trousers and couldn’t get a refund. The choice I was given was to pay myself for shipping back to china to then receive a 85% refund. Or keep the wrong trousers that were awful quality and horrible fit for a small 20% refund. Would not recommend at all

Bought a dress took 2 wks returning straight away looks cheap .size .material not as descride.they dont want you to return it they offer you 20% discount and keep the dress.then they send you instructions to return to china?? Trackin the process.then charge you 15% when they get it to restock it what a joke Do Not buy from this company worst ever all what you have to do to get a refund.
Now they want to offer me 50% money back so every customer

Firstly the order took over 2 weeks to arrive and missed the event I had purchased for!! Furthermore, I ordered sandals in a UK Size 7, when they arrived they were a European Size 40 and were too small, I’m normally a European Size 41. There was no size guide or conversion chart on the website for me to check this before purchase and they did not deliver a UK size 7 that I ordered!!!

I checked the website and it states the following:-
How do I return something? Email us at info@……… and we'll send you a returns reference along with instructions on where to send your parcel. As above, postage is on us if the fault is ours — otherwise it's covered by the customer.

I contacted the company who said I could return the items at my own expense back to CHINA, plus they’d take a 15% restocking fee off my refund which would take 4-5 weeks to process!!! This is not what it states on the website!!
They did offer a 20% partial refund initially and then increased it to 30% which I reluctantly accepted.
Before my purchase, I checked the website and the warehouse address is in London and the company address is in the Netherlands so was very surprised China was the return address!!!
I’m currently out of pocket by over £60!!!!

Very poor quality and not what is advertised. They advertise 'easy returns within 30 days' - this is untrue. A request to return results in an email advising the return must be sent to China by tracked delivery (they suggest this costs $30-$40). In addition they would deduct a 15% restocking fee. They instead offer a 20% refund which 'many customers prefer'. I eventually agreed to a 50% refund after multiple emails. They advertise a London warehouse address but refuse to accept returns there. Do not use

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
After two weeks my jacket arrived. I was surprised it was being shipped as they advertise themselves as being a family based company, have a picture of their London shop on FB and a Union Jack in their logo. It came from China. Absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. Cheap shiny plastic, stinks, far too big - not wearable. To get a refund I have to send tracked to China, there can be a restocking fee and will take weeks to get money back. I consider this to be fraudulent.

UPDATE: Further to this Company’s reply to my above review. They claim that they will try to find a fair resolution if emailed. I did email them and they did not offer a fair solution. I am currently pursuing this as their return conditions are not legal.

Sizing is off by miles. Ordered size 7 shoes barely a size 5 ..jacket and dress ..jacket was sposed to be part of the dress but was 2 sizes smaller than the dress which was the cheapest crappiest fabric in diff colour to pics (heavily AI'd) the other dress is also diff fabric to pic cheap polyester that id expect to pay 3£ from temu not the 85£ that i spent when you just know theyre going to scam you to return everything despite the website sizing being misleading and the pictures being doctored. Beware dealing with this company. Better to go to home bargains and buy a dish rag as rhe quality is 100 times better. Nowhere in the description does it say the jacket is unlined. I'll take some of the blame for not asking, but it ought to be on the page really. Good jacket otherwise.
