We only took delivery yesterday so have not used our tub yet. From the first contact we have been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Harry our delivery driver and installer kept in contact about arrival time and arrived as promised. He worked in extremely hot conditions but did a fabulous job. He was professional pleasant and a credit to the company. We look forward to using our tub later today. Thanks

Delivery guys great with loads of knowledge. Hot tub.can in through my 2 back gates. I think the tub was in under a minute. The main stay was the filling up. Had it nearly a week and loving it 😀

Received my hot tub today delivered by Harry. Fitted in his tightest spot yet but still managed to get the job done. Can't fault the team at all great service would highly recommend 👌 went above and beyond to get the job done tonight thanks again appreciate it

Easy process from start to finish. Jamie and Jamie turned up in the time frame and were friendly and helpful. They installed the tub, waited for it to fill up and then ran through how to use it with me. Excellent service! Thank you.

The delivery men where lovely but obviously over worked . Last delivery time is between 7-9 we got a call after 9 to say 9.45 as there had been accident on the motorway and they were a driver down . 10.15 pm and no delivery and I couldn't contact them they then call at 10.40 they are 6 minutes away . They arrive just before 11pm . The hot tub is to big for the gate despite giving measurements so my husband takes the gate off and the edging of shed roof . They get it in but don't have the tools to install it so my husband has to lend him his . It's pitch black so only gets half set up .
The company when I contacted them where rude and said I would of complained if it wasnt delivered and they should of left it on our drive .
I'm hoping nothing ever goes wrong with the hot tub so I don't have to have contact with them again

Delivery was a bit delayed, but once contacted a revised ETA was given. Delivery team were great. No problems whatsoever. Positioned and set up tub, cleared and packed away all packaging. Great tub, very pleased. Currently balancing chemicals ready for use.

This is the worst experience I have had as a customer. Their callous disregard for your time and commitment to any kind of service. I was sold a faulty product. Jets don't work and the hot tub leaks. I raised this issue mid April and it has still not been resolved. I only bought the hot tub in December last year. Once they sell you a product they don't give a monkey's. This is despite me paying for the lifetime guarantee.

Love our new hot tub. Great service thanks. Delivered and installed by 2 great lads called Jamie, working till late so they could get it installed . Great communication through the whole process, fantastic quality hot tub for a great price.

First class service from start to finish. Happy to deliver at a time that suited me. The delivery guy was first class and explained everything and would not leave until I was 100% happy. Would use again when it’s time to upgrade

We needed to prepare the ground before delivery of the hot tub and Wild Water Spas were happy to hold onto the hot tub for a couple of months until we were ready. James and Rom delivered and installed the hot tub. They'd driven a long way but were on the case as soon as they arrived. Very polite and helpful, explained how to use the hot tub and answered our questions. Positive experience with Wild Water Spas.

Everything from purchase to after sales has been brilliant. They really give you an honest answer to whether you truly need something rather than sell you whatever they can. Paul and the other delivery drivers have been amazing, setting everything up and installing the cover lifter. I had problems with the cover and a new one was delivered to me free of charge. When I thought I had a problem with the hot tub, they were so helpful to try to sort it out. Turns out it was just me not familiar with the hot tub. Excellent service and highly recommended.

This two person lounger 3 people seater hot tub is great value and a brilliant hot tub. It barely costs anything to run and the service was great from wild water spas.
