Wow! A very helpful and professional company
From the moment I first contacted Wild Water Spas I was helped with my purchase and even the lads who delivered and installed my hot tub were amazing. All were very friendly, knowledgeable and confident in what they were doing. This put my mind at ease.
I had one to one service so I was always in the loop from ordering to delivery and even a follow up call to ensure I was happy.
When I ordered my hot tub and chose the pump… I got a call to suggest an upgrade because the size of the tub really needed a 5kg pump. However when it was delivered because they didn’t have a 5kg in stock… they sent a 10kg pump… which is a serious upgrade for free.
I very highly recommend this company

I received my hot tub today 24th January
Paul the delivery driver was amazing, he went above and beyond. He arrived within the time slot, he moved my old tub out of the way to put the new one in without being asked. Just amazing!!
Sam at Wild Water Spas appeared very nice, never met him only via WhatsApp, quick to reply to a message and I must say only a week between buying and receiving my hot tub. Would definitely recommend Wild Water Spas

Had 3 delivery dates cancelled without…
Had 3 delivery dates cancelled without confirmation so had 3 days unpaid at work sam did explain after I began seeking answers was offered more chemicals as a good will gesture that I never saw!! However the hot tub was spotless clean tidy and in great shape 👌 the delivery guys did a gr8 job also getting it into my garden and setting it all up 👌 overall appart from the delivery hick ups and vehicles breaking down we are very happy with the overall outcome the tub is awsum and sam always happy to help answer my questions 😀 I won't hesitate to use wild water spas when its time to upgrade....

Excellent service start to finish
I recently purchased a Titan Eclipse-800 hot tub from Wild Water Spas and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
From my first inquiry, Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful. I had concerns about access through a narrow gate, and rather than just giving me a hard “no,” Sam worked with me to understand the measurements and explore solutions. Throughout the process, he was patient with my questions and proactive about keeping me informed—even reminding me about deals ending and helping me secure the best price.
The pre-delivery planning was thorough. Sam requested videos of the delivery route to ensure everything would go smoothly, which showed great attention to detail. On delivery day, communication was clear with payment instructions and a reliable ETA. The installation team arrived on time, and Jamie (the installer) took time to share helpful maintenance tips.
What really impressed me was the after-sales support. When I asked about chemical maintenance schedules, Sam promptly sent over a comprehensive guide with all the essential information clearly laid out.
The whole experience felt professional yet personal. Sam and the team genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. If you’re looking for a hot tub company that provides great products backed by excellent customer service, I highly recommend Wild Water Spas.

Had initial issues and we finally come to a mutual agreement so happy to re review.
Yes we had issues. The company has now resolved these to our satisfaction.
If you get an issue reach and speak to them so they can right the wrongs.
Hot tub is good (I have a minor issue and not sure if it user or not in the coming days will know but support is waiting for the issue if it arises again so we can resolve)
Overall good service and finance was easily arranged.
Fairly priced and has to be said the steps which we thought would be poor quality as they were free are good and solid.
We are enjoying our evenings out in the tub.
Would probably purchase again down the line to see if the issues we had were a one off.

We appreciate all feedback, but it is important to clarify the facts. Our delivery team arrived slightly later than planned due to unexpected roadworks and a diversion. We kept you updated well into the night to ensure you were not left without information.
Regarding access, this was not as clear as you had originally indicated. This unfortunately led to some items being unintentionally broken, but as set out in the terms and conditions you agreed to prior to installation, we are not liable for damages caused by restricted or poor access.
It is also worth noting that you were sending a large volume of repeated WhatsApp messages with little regard for our staff members’ time, despite our team responding and providing updates.
As for the hot tub itself, it is fully operational. In fact, you even confirmed to us in writing that it was heating and working correctly following delivery. All of our preloved hot tubs are thoroughly tested before leaving our facility, with full documentation to confirm this process.
We always strive to deliver the best possible service and communication, and while we regret you feel dissatisfied, we have acted professionally and within our agreed terms at every stage. That said, if you require any further assistance, please do contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help.
