I used this for the first time today and it worked great. As an idea, a shorter code to login or voice prompt might be easier, but other than that nice work guys.

Even in a Zoom world I needed WhyPay!
I know a lot of people have moved to WiFi based video conferencing during the pandemic and I'm one of them! However our village had an internet outage that lasted for 3 days. During the middle day there was a call that I simply had to have go ahead. Being in a North Yorkshire village means that we have no mobile signal so even having a Zoom based call using mobile data wasn't an option for us. So we went 'old school' and I distributed my WhyPay number and access code and the call went ahead as it needed to! Thank you WhyPay you saved my skin and it was a simple and easy process to get everyone on the call on time.

I was using the basic version which worked well but the inability to create breakout rooms as you can in Zoom was a drawback.

sometimes you hear the echo of voices when few members speaks at same time. Sometimes the speed of voice gets increases, which sounds very funny, maybe its due to data package transfer speed.

Hi A, thanks for letting us know your experience. We'd definitely like to troubleshoot the echo and voice speed issues you mention. You shouldn't be experiencing echo unless a caller(s) is on loadspeaker with the volume too high. The voice speed-up you mention sounds like it could be an internet-based phone system trying to catch up/compensate for a delayed connection/latency. We don't think this is caused by our service but we'd love to help you get it resolved for you.
