Takes ages to deliver packages

They use very cheap delivery service if you’re in canada(dragonfly) and it takes months do delivery and they don’t even update their tracking information. I still haven’t received my package and I was meant to have received it over a month ago

I returned an outfit worth 110 tracking info showed delivered on my end and I checked the order it said return cancelled. I can’t get a response. I bought a nice amount from them and I wish I saw reviews first. I will never shop there again nor will my daughter. They pretty much stole from me.

Horrible customer service - fraud

I returned a bunch of items for store credit (because they wouldn't refund) (I paid for the return label) and it took more than 1 month for them to apply credit. I messaged them twice a week for a month about credit because I needed to make another purchase but had been waiting for the credit. Finally I received the credit of $204.51 and made a purchase and made sure l applied the credit to my cart at checkout. However when I checked my bank account, I saw that they charged me the FULL amount instead of the difference with the credit. It was a complete bait and switch and robbery for them to do that. I have been emailing them for weeks now requesting that they refund the $204.51 that was supposed to be applied to my order and they are refusing. I was charged $242.74 but was only supposed to be charged $38.23 and need to be refunded $204.51
And to make matters worst they said my credit expired after this so I still couldn’t use it. Complete crooks! The right thing to do would have been to refund the amount but at the very very least, give me the credit back on my account.

Dreadful NO REPONSE to emails AVOID

Dreadful. Awful. Avoid.
I returned an item which they received back on 14th December and I simply cannot find out where to access the store credit , how much it is and how to use it if I could find it. I followed the steps advised on the chat but the store credit is nowhere to be found.
I have emailed and used the chat facility numerous times but NO RESPONSE.
I will never use this company again and they owe me money which I am beginning to believe I will never see.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND

Misleading sales tactics and appalling customer service.

I purchased during one of their constant “sales” and later politely requested a simple shorts size exchange over Christmas. This was refused outright due to a rigid 14 day policy meaning customers would have to give Christmas gifts early just to check sizing. Completely unreasonable.

To be clear:

The item was unworn

Tags still attached

Current stock, still being sold on their website

No option to exchange at the full non-sale price now listed at

Despite this, they simply refused. No flexibility, no common sense (or business sense) , no attempt to help. Just a flat “no”.

Other comparable brands (Adanola, Blakeley) manage 30 day exchanges even on sale items, which shows this is not industry standard, it’s a deliberate strategy. Their marketing aggressively creates urgency and FOMO, but once they have your money, customer service stops.

This brand prioritises short-term sales over fair treatment of customers. I won’t be purchasing again and am actively warn others to avoid them. In a crowded market, there are far better options that don’t trap customers with anti-consumer policies.

Genuinely disgusting way to treat customers and not the reputable brand they pretend to be.

Poor customer service

Ordered the wrong size and white boutique was not willing to do any exchanges. Purchased 11/25 for Christmas and tried exchanging 12/27.

No willingness other than sorry. Xxxs is default size you get if you forget to select size

No customer service

I bought a Xmas gift. Paid over 40.00. It didn’t fit and so wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. Didn’t even want a refund.
White fox quoted the exchange policy which surely has to adapt for Xmas gifts.
Customer service isn’t great. I won’t be buying off this site again.
No wonder there is such a Low star rating for this company.
White fox think about your customer and repeat purchases before saying no.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! Ordered a dress last year for $70. The dress arrived and was completely see-through (sheer fabric). It was not advertised as such. After returning the dress, White Fox denied that it was see through, but updated the description of the dress to say that it was a sheer fabric. They eventually gave a $49 store credit several emails and months later. The store credit claimed it would be good for a year. It has disappeared from my account one year after the purchase date of the dress but not one year after providing the store credit. So basically I threw $70 away on this company. I have no idea why so many people order from them and walk around with their sweatshirts on when all of the reviews are horrible.

I ordered a tshirt for £25 that i no longer needed, i started a returns, I was offered £17.50 e-gift or £11.50 refund, quite bizarre as I had paid £25, i opted for the e-gift, and after several attempts to contact them for my e-gift, long after they had received the t-shirt, they finally gave me a refund of £11.50.

I attempted to email again, but had no response.

I will never use this company again, complete waste of time, poor customer service.

Great

Ordered the whitefox hoodie and matching joggers for my daughter on the 16th dec then went to the reviews and was shocked with all the bad reviews ppl not receiving there orders and sizing being a bit suspect so was a bit worried with the price of these items being quite expensive my order was going to go wrong but received on 18th and everything was great my daughter will be happy with her whitefox clothes on xmas 😁

Don’t buy from this brand customer service is horrible and they might just send you part of the order and refund the rest after a couple of weeks. They’re not able to keep up with demand after advertising they have supply. Bad company.

Company removed all of my loyalty…

Company removed all of my loyalty points from account. When I asked customer service about it, they said I didn't purchase them from account but I set up the account when I made my initial purchase. I can see my orders from my account. When I gave White Fox this info, they now said it was because I didn't set up loyalty club account (a new excuse). Untrue because I had the points in there & was waiting to spend them. They did nothing to try to remedy their mistake.

Horrible customer service

Returns from NZ took 6 weeks to processed. They don't do full refunds, only store credit. Also make you pay 10 AUD for shipping. Avoid at all cost. Low quality clothes.

Order not arrived

I placed an order and received notification over a week ago that it had been dispatched but Royal Mail tracking link says they are yet to receive the parcel. The AI email response I received is not very helpful. Concerned I will not receive goods & it's difficult to speak to customer service to resolve the matter.

bad customer service

i ordered a top and some others items and paid for it and they then emailed and said they made a mistake and didnt even have the top in stock. they said theyd refund me and i said id rather just receive the item when its back in stock but they said they wouldnt do that and that if i reordered id have to pay for delivery again and it was in the sale when i bought it so id have to repurchase full price.

Worst company I have ever used

Ordered hoodies and lots of their beauty products which all arrived damaged. Not just a little bit but some of the boxes were completed broken into pieces. Sent photos within 10 minutes of them being delivered showing the damage and explained as they were gifts I would like to have them exchanged, their reply was to go back and forth over many days, asking for more pictures and then as if I’d accept a £10 refund. As the products were to the value of about £80 and completely unsuitable for gifting, when I said no I’d like the return/replacement I had asked for, they have stopped replying to any further email. Very disappointing for a large company. I certainly won’t be using their company again.
Update, White Fox say as they apparently left them in a good condition their terms state it doesn’t matter what condition the goods arrive to the customer in!
I will never buy from White Fox again. Clearly, unless you are an influencer they don’t care about the normal customer. This is the worst company I have ever used.
