If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order by mistake after the website glitched and once I emailed them immediately all they can say is “you can return the items” which is going to cost me for and order I never wanted to place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM RUN COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this company, totally rubish! Ordered tracksuit as a Birthday present. My order didn’t arrived. Emailed customer service and what they offered is credit for next purchase. I said I wanna refund as I needed to but another present as this one didn’t arrived.

Absolutely appalling company and a complete rip off. Unable to exchange for the price I bought the product for. Product arrived and was absolutely massive. I then returned the item and reordered, 3x smaller than the original size I bought, only to find that when it arrived, the 3x extra small was BIGGER than the XS (when compared to another jumper already have in my wardrobe). The sizing on the website doesn’t even make sense and I cannot believe the number of poor reviews this company has. If only I’d realised. Do not purchase from Whitefox until they have sorted out their returns policy and sizing of products. Awful.
Customer service is non existent
Absolutely no customer service for any queries or issues. The quality and sizing is horrendous for the price. I ended up keeping one dress which broke on the first wear. If you don’t order enough items, you also end up spending £10 on both delivery and returns. I’ll never order from this brand ever again. Wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a plus sized girly and I have purchased a beautiful set but unfortunately it fit more like a medium that an XL. I requested a refund as I won’t be able to fit any of the products from this company and I was given a store credit and told I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. This has been the worst customer service I have received. Will not be purchasing from here again

I am so disappointed by the quality of the clothes I bought for the price. The clothes didn’t even fit me right so I tried returning them. They only give you store credit. It’s 2025, no store does that anymore. It makes customers less likely to return. Two of the items were final sale which was never even specified when I made the purchase. I feel completely robbed. I have so many friends that have been curious about WhiteFox given all the influencer ads but I’m telling them not to shop here.
Poor quality clothing - avoid!
I bought a jumper from White Fox for my daughter as a birthday gift, and after only three wears it already started to pill and look worn. She’s been really careful with it and I’ve followed the washing instructions exactly, so we were both surprised and disappointed to see how quickly the fabric deteriorated, especially considering the price and the fact that she owns other jumpers from different brands that still look new after months of wear.
When I reached out to customer service, their response was basically that pilling is normal and can be fixed by removing it myself. For something that’s been worn only a handful of times, that’s really not what I’d expect from a supposedly premium brand.
Overall, the quality is poor for the cost, and the customer service response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, we won’t be purchasing from White Fox again.

I Ordered A Full Tracksuit Set To then get an email saying they have not got one in stock so will refund been over a week not just NO REFUND but NO Items at all!! I even asked for it to be sent out when available instead of a refund but NOOOO Response from them Iv emailed in over 3 times now still No response so I will be taking this further… Because even if they sent 1 item what use would it be when I ordered it as a set and instead of giving me the options when it’s their wrong doings they just said they will refund for the one that’s out of stock but I haven’t got any of it!! AVOIDDDDD such a scam company!

My order never arrived
My order never arrived - labelled as 'left in the porch' not at my address we don't even have a porch or anything of the sort. Took a week for a response regarding this to which they sent out another delivery (day 5 I had had enough asked for a refund) they then told me no refund only credit note. I screenshot their t&c they then said they would refund no detailing a surcharge. I send my items back and receive £17 less than expected. The response was we may have taken the delivery. It was free delivery. Nor should I be paying a surcharge for a mid delivery address that is no fault of my own?!

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Their sizing is way off, they charge to send back returns and only give credit no refunds. I didn’t receive my credit, the customer service department asked me to show proof that the credit wasn’t in my account. While doing so, they charged a new order to my card. I seen it read order placed and emailed customer service within minutes, no response. I emailed back 3 times in the next 2 days with no reply. 3 days later the order arrives. Customer service says I can return the order for a fee and another credit that I will probably never see. There is no customer service number to contact and the email for customer service doesn’t reply for a week or more. Never, never will I use this company again!

I love the quality of the clothes and the quite designs, I also love that they have a good verity of products, but the customer service is not good, they run on Australian times and it’s not great if u don’t live there, they say you get a tracking email, but none arrived on both my recent orders, I also had a problem with one of my orders not arriving, and they sent me out a replacement order, I will be buying more as I love the quality and designs.
Avoid buying at this shop.
After one month the order has not been shipped yet. Total Scam, avoid purchasing at White Fox. I don´t give less stars because it´s not possible here, otherwise zero.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Returned items and still no refund. Contacted customer service who replied to say they hadn’t got my items I sent across proof and a month later they’re still ignoring me. It’s over £180 worth of money I’m due back!

Still waiting a month now for a return to be processed! Disgusting customer service just ignore emails. This was a gift for my daughter’s birthday and the day received the top was all stained, I immediately contacted the company and they really just couldn’t care less! Happy to take money tho but not interested after that!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience – poor quality, wrong sizing, and no refund
I placed two separate orders with this company and both were a complete failure, despite the fact that I had carefully taken my measurements before ordering.
• First order: I followed their size chart, ordered a Medium, but the dress was far too small.
• Second order: I ordered a Large. It arrived much too big, with holes in the fabric, a needle sticking out, and even hair on the dress as if it had been worn before. On top of that, it came with no protective packaging.
In total, I paid over $120 in customs fees and $60 in return fees — money I will never get back. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a store credit, which is completely unacceptable given that the product was defective and unhygienic.
This company’s sizing is inconsistent, quality control is terrible, and customer service is unhelpful. I am now escalating this through my credit card provider.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company — it cost me a lot of money and stress for nothing.
