Terrible service I am waiting on email responses from over a week ago or more happy to take your money but if you have to return something forget it,
My only hope now is consumer affairs.
My last review on here, there was an automated response from them saying oh we will be in contact WHAT A JOKE still waiting from 2 weeks ago.

Outside Australia? Customers beware! Even if the product is defective, you must pay shipping, including tracking number, to send it back before you'll get a refund.
White Fox customer service is the worst…
White Fox customer service is the worst I have experienced- Mainly because they are so unresponsive.
Their inability to respond has caused me to lose money and they have taken zero responsibility. I would encourage anyone even contemplating buying one of these overpriced items that need very careful washing to avoid like the plague. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
Blatant hole in jogging bottoms
Ordered tracksuit and bottoms had a fault as in a hole with ladders around.
They have taken since end of December to respond to my request for a return but still with no return details.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC SITE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Daughter bought a dress which arrived swiftly but was wrong size. Sent back and got store credit as they don’t offer exchanges and if you ask for refund you don’t get back full amount. Daughter had used a 30%off voucher she received with a boots gift set, however couldn’t reuse and company refused to offer new code so now she must pay extra £12 for dress plus payment for additional shipping. She bought with her own money and would not have been able to afford at full price. They have stopped responding to emails asking to escalate the complaint. Avoid this company! They do not care at all about the customer base at all!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a sweatshirt as a gift and realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed support and AI told me there was nothing I could do but wait. I returned it the day after Christmas, but it took a week from the day White Fox received it for my account to be credited. I thought I would able to use the coupon, but it had expired. I also thought this would be an even exchange, aside from maybe shipping. However, I somehow needed to pay $40 to exchange the sweatshirt. AI-generated emails tell me they are busy. I can't actually reach customer service. As of today, it shows there is no credit, yet have the return. If I don't get my refund, I am going to report the company. DO NOT waste your money...
Damaged Sweatshirt; Zero Customer Service
I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas. When my daughter tried it on we realized it had a hole in it. On 12/26 I submitted my return request due to damaged item. My only request is to be able to return the damaged sweatshirt and receive one without a hole. It is 1/13 and I still do not have this issue resolved. The first time I have received a response back (other than auto AI generated) was 1/11 and it was to ask if the tag was still on. I had to send additional pictures to show the tag was still in place and no further response. The fact that they sent a damaged product and have not fixed the situation is appalling. Especially considering the cost of the product. I hope we can get this sorted out, but I will never order from them again.

Ordered a jumper in the December sales for my daughter. She usually buys small ladies so we thought that size would arrive...tbh it's more like a large mens!!
I thought ok, we are within the 14 days let's try to exchange for a smaller size. There isn't the option to exchange and only the option for refund (less £6) or receive a credit note. I wouldn't mind the credit note as we want to exchange, only snag been that the December sale has finished and they want to charge me more money to order the same jumper but smaller.
The customer service is shocking, the company policies are shocking. It's about time we stop purchasing this brand and drove it out of the UK for good. Stick with decent companies that actually care about customer service!!
Scam?
I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering!! I have never ordered from them before so thought I would give it a go as I saw a top I liked. Ordered the top from for new years eve and it arrived at my house on 29th December 2025. After trying on, I realised that it didn't fit. With it being new years day etc I didn't have time to start the returns process until after. When I went on the website to return my order, it said that the returns window was closed as it had been 14 days since I received my order. This wasn't true, as when I tried to start the returns process, it had only been 11 days. As I am writing this review it has been 13 days (10th January 2026) since I received the order. So they have closed the returns portal early. When emailing you get a generic AI generated response to say it is outside of the returns window and that it's only 14 days. If that is the case, why is the returns portal closed on day 13?
I would avoid a company like this, it seems like they only want to take your money.
Poor customer service…
The clothing is lovely however customer service and returns policy is very dated. I purchased a jumper in the Black Friday sale as a Xmas present. My daughter opened the item on Xmas day and found the XXS-XS to be too big in fact it looked more like a size 12.
I messaged the company asking what the returns/ exchange policy was to be told I’d gone past the 14 day returns and there was nothing I could do. I asked if they extended returns for the Xmas period they informed me the extended policy was from 8th-24th December and there was nothing they could do.
I then explained many people shop in the Black Friday sales for Xmas and if there was anyway they reconsider on this occasion as the item is brand new unworn with all the packaging I did just want a store credit to purchase a hoody in a smaller size. To which white fox have ignored the message. Terrible customer service and very disappointed there’s no flexibility even though I was still going to purchase another item. Most shops extend their Xmas refunds from November to December I don’t see what the problem would have been. But now I feel like I no longer want to buy from them due to the poor customer service experience.

Very poor customer care. I wouldn’t order from them again. Returns policy 14 days. No allowance for weekends or bank holidays. Not even over Xmas. Very disappointing when most companies offer extended return timelines.

Guys becareful ordering from whitefox, ive been sending emails for a week , their live chat doesnt even work and they dont respond to emails- i placed an order that went mising and they ignored my request for help

I placed an order with White Fox for over £260. The parcel was marked as “delivered” but never received.
I contacted customer support immediately via email and live chat. Live chat did not function, and email responses were extremely delayed. When I finally received replies, I was repeatedly told that because the parcel was marked as delivered, White Fox was “not liable” and that they could only offer store credit or a replacement.
I requested a refund, as the goods were never received, but this was refused. I was only offered store credit or a replacement, despite the fact that the delivery failed and the original purchase was time-sensitive (a gift).
Under UK consumer law, the retailer is responsible for goods until the customer physically receives them. A delivery being marked as “delivered” does not change this.
After multiple follow-ups and no meaningful resolution, I had no option but to start a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.
I’m writing this to warn other UK customers: if your order goes missing, be aware that refunds may be refused and you may need to pursue recovery through your payment provider.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer support throughout.

My daughter asked me to order from White Fox for her performance. I ordered two sizes because we did not know what would fit her. Neither dresses worked. It has been ONE month now and nobody has helped. I got an email back saying they were back logged and no phone number to call. I still have not been able to return the dresses and have learned I will not get a refund, only store credit, AND they charge TEN dollars PER ITEM to return. I will absolutely NEVER purchase from White Fox and will choose Amazon in the future. Awful experience and money wasted. The quality of the dresses is not any better than items much easier to obtain from other vendors. I give this company a ZERO for customer service and quality. Overpriced for no reason.
They offer Afterpay in Canada... however!!
They offer Afterpay...however there is no option to choose this even though it says it's available in Canada, they then tell me it's a system error and use PayPal? I don't have a PayPal account! They don't respond to my msg with a real human only automated response! Over $500 order and now they've lost a new customer!

Ordered 1 jumper on the 21st of November they have lost the parcel and then emailed saying I won’t be refunded as I had missed the 14 day return period. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have just been ignored the worst customer service I have ever seen.

They only got 1 star so I could do the review deserve nothing .This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . I ordered in first 5 mins of Black Friday sale a hoodie for a birthday present it never showed up. After emailing asking to check tracking as it hadn’t moved in a week was told it is moving I just can’t see it. After 3 more emails I asked them to investigate as I had already missed the birthday it would now be Christmas present. I work in shipping myself and told them I know they can get information I can’t . I was then informed it had been lost in transit & asked if I wanted a replacement I said yes. I asked if it could be express posted as this had been going on for 3 weeks to ensure it arrived in time . Then the communication stopped I emailed everyday nothing then I messaged on Instagram and after a couple days got a response who said she would forward to customer service .
I was then sent a message they sent a refund when the stock was clearly available as I had checked when I asked for replacement. I emailed back saying I wanted a replacement not refund they said due to a technical difficulty my order was never processed due to stock issue that’s untrue as it allowed the purchase Funny that I was previously told it was lost in transit so can’t even get the story straight. This is deceitful . I asked them to give the the item at the Black Friday price and was told no I can purchase at the higher price unfair as not my fault. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered just ghost your emails I purchased else where and will never buy from them again people beware check google reviews if you are thinking of purchasing.

Before ordering from White Fox, be aware that all returns must be shipped back to Australia, even though items are sent from Ontario and the company operates a North American distribution center.
This policy shows little to no consideration for North American customers. Return shipping costs are often higher than the price of the item itself, making returns unrealistic and discouraging by design.
It is clear that the process is set up to prevent customers from returning products, even when the fit or size is incorrect. Definitely something to think about before purchasing.
