Our opening times are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and our response times are always within a working day but usually within the hour outside busy times. Perfect! I claimed for my cat and within a few days everything was settled with the vet and myself. All done online and when I did have to send an email it was replied to quickly.

What a fantastic easy insurance company to be with. Website easy to navigate and we’ve been in the unfortunate situation where we’ve had to make 2 claims for 2 different animals this year and they have been easy from start to finish.

Incredible customer service
Incredible! Worth more than 5 stars. Unexpectedly my Tilly came down with Aspiration Pneumonia. Vets were incredible but bills were so high and we had to pay upfront (vets rules!) and claim back. Thankfully she has made a full recovery. Online form took minutes to complete and fast response.
Our vets were very slow to respond but once they did Whistle and Wag informed us our payment would be here in 3-5 days. Brilliant 👌

I ensured asking for someone to call me…
I emailed asking for someone to call me TWICE and it was assumed I was looking for a cheaper quote. This was NOT the case I just wanted someone to speak to with regards to the policy. I got TWO emails back saying the price for my renewal would not be changed. That's not what I wanted. If companies cannot be bothered to call their customers why should I bother giving them my money. Extremely POOR customer service.
