The alcohol tax in Australia is a joke. I ended up paying an extra AUD $60 per bottle in import duty, which is pretty painful. That said, my purchasing experience with Nights was exceptional. Com... Leggi di più

The service is truly impressive. From the order through to the packaging and delivery – everything was handled very professionally. My compliments!
The shipping status didn't update. Just let the customer know where the parcel is. Even my friend(was in Japan) got the package but the status still was being processed. The rest are great.

Dear J N,
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We take great pride in our packaging process, as we believe the presentation should match the quality of the whisky inside. It’s rewarding to know our efforts made a “simply lovely” impression on you.
We also find that Swiss customs are remarkably efficient. Their smooth processing allows our shipments from Japan to reach your doorstep with minimal delay, making the international delivery experience seamless. And since flights operate throughout the weekend, the transit time often feels even shorter than expected.
We hope you enjoy your latest addition and look forward to your next visit.

I ordered whisky from Whisky Nights and…
I ordered whisky from Whisky Nights and unfortunately experienced a delivery issue caused by a courier error — the parcel was incorrectly marked as “premises closed” despite me being at home and available during the confirmed delivery window.
Whisky Nights handled the situation with outstanding professionalism and care. They investigated the tracking information promptly, contacted the courier directly, identified the issue, and ensured that the delivery instructions were corrected so the redelivery could proceed smoothly.
Their communication throughout was clear, polite, and genuinely attentive. It is rare to encounter such a high standard of customer service, where the customer feels truly listened to and supported.
What could have been a frustrating experience was handled with calm efficiency and respect, leaving me with great confidence in Whisky Nights as a company. I would not hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional retailer.

Thank you very much, タラス様, for your kind words and recommendation. We truly appreciate that you took the time to contact DHL regarding the delivery — your support on that side means a lot to us. Since shipments to New Zealand usually route through Australia, we expected the process might take a little longer, so it is wonderful to hear you describe it as fast delivery. We are delighted that both the product and communication met your expectations.

We strive to offer competitive pricing, especially on Japan-exclusive releases that are hard to find elsewhere. That said, for widely available expressions like Yamazaki 12 YO, there are times when international markets may offer lower prices than we can in Japan.
We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again.

Fair Prices, Fast Shipping, Great Service
What made this a great experience was how easy everything was from start to finish. The prices were very fair, especially for an allocated bottle like Blanton’s Black Label. Shipping was fast and the package arrived in just a few days, well protected and in perfect condition. Communication was clear and professional the entire time. I appreciated that they honored my request for two different toppers. This company is doing everything right when it comes to customer service, pricing, and delivery. I look forward to ordering again.

Thank you so much for your review. We're delighted to hear that your recent order arrived safely and swiftly to your door in just two days. We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. We look forward to helping you find your next bottle.
Just a quick note for future orders, especially for our customers in the United States: while we strive for prompt delivery, dispatches to the US can sometimes take a little longer due to the complexities of international shipping for the US. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.
