Delivery was in the country 1 day after order and then delivered within 1-2 days (was probably delayed because of import fee payments)

I ordered whisky from Whisky Nights and unfortunately experienced a delivery issue caused by a courier error — the parcel was incorrectly marked as “premises closed” despite me being at home and available during the confirmed delivery window.
Whisky Nights handled the situation with outstanding professionalism and care. They investigated the tracking information promptly, contacted the courier directly, identified the issue, and ensured that the delivery instructions were corrected so the redelivery could proceed smoothly.
