All round great experience

Great quality products, beautifully packaged, efficient delivery and fantastic customer service. It is unusual to find all of these attributes from one company but my experience has been great and I will definitely purchase again.

Great customer service.

Ordered 6 chairs and unfortunately 4 arrived damaged - which was clearly a fault of the courier as the quality was still great in the other two. I contacted customer service and my main concern was paying again to have the chairs returned. I had a quick response advising me to dispose of the 4 damaged chairs, and shortly after received a confirmation email of 4 more being sent.

Not only did these arrive the following morning, they were packaged completely different and in perfect condition which shows the feedback was taken on board.

It has to be considered that a courier has no qualms about what is in your package or the value of it - so correct packaging is necessary. Being wooden chairs that are already built, it’s no wonder they came broken if they’d been manhandled.

Accidents happen and yes 4/6 was very disappointing - however Where Saints Go handled the situation with professionalism and care the second time round and I can’t fault the chairs.

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would. Appalling service and attitude from staff. Ordered 6 chairs, faulty, sent another 6, faulty, sent another 6, all different colours, sent another 6, damaged after delivery driver threw them over a 6ft fence into my garden. You need to have the patience of a Saint to shop with them, hence their name.

We’re genuinely sorry to read your review and want to sincerely apologise for what was, by all accounts, a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

There’s no denying this order was a catalogue of errors on our part—from receiving faulty items to inconsistent replacements, and finally the shocking treatment of your goods by the national courier company. This falls well below the standard we aim for, and we take full responsibility. Please rest assured we are already reviewing the full breakdown of what happened here, both with our warehouse team and our courier partner, to make sure lessons are learned and incidents like this don’t happen again.

In terms of the comment regarding staff attitude, we’ve carefully reviewed all communication and can confirm that no one at Where Saints Go was rude or dismissive at any point. We believe this may stem from a conversation earlier today where a request to keep two chairs free of charge was politely declined. While we understand this may have been disappointing, the conversation was handled respectfully and with professionalism.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the high standards we set for our service and brand.

Really disappointing service from start to finish

I ordered bar stools from Where Saints Go with a promised delivery of February. They eventually arrived in April — months late — and with very little communication during the delay. If I’d known how long it would take, I may have looked elsewhere.

When they arrived, the stools weren’t the right size, so I arranged a return. I took a full day of annual leave to be home for the scheduled collection, but no one came. I called at 4 PM and was told the job was booked and might still happen — it didn’t.

The team were polite and apologised on the phone, but the solution offered was frustrating: I could either take another full day off for a second collection attempt, or arrange the return myself. No compensation or alternative was offered for the time I’d already lost.

After a late delivery and a failed pickup, I expected a more proactive and customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, the experience has been a real let down from start to finish.

While your order did face a delay due to ongoing global shipping disruptions, we kept in touch and worked hard to get your items to you as soon as they arrived with us. Once you raised concerns about the stools not being suitable and were unwanted, we immediately offered to assist with the return — including waiving the collection fee entirely, even though under our terms the return of unwanted goods is the customer's responsibility.

We also offered to process your refund as soon as possible, and are still fully committed to resolving this for you. Sadly, while we work with trusted couriers, collection slots are subject to their availability, and we’re unable to offer same-day collection.

We always want our customers to be happy, and it’s disappointing to receive a review before we’ve had the chance to resolve the matter fully — which we’re still very much keen to do. We look forward to hearing from you in response to our earlier communication with a convenient collection date, so we can finalise this for you.

Customer Service Comss Improvements needed

The kitchen stools were ordered late Dec with an estimated delivery date of Feb. I had to chase twice to find out why they hadn’t turned up. The first time I was told they were scheduled for early March, second chase was told late March. Finally had an email explain a supply issue. They have now turned up and the produce is excellent. My disappointment was purely communication particularly as payment in full was made in December.
