Slightly damaged table- great customer service
Hello, I ordered Jakarta Dining Set snd chairs are great- I have no complaints. Unfortunately table came slightly damaged on the top. The finish is quite poor comparing with chairs. For the prize I paid I expected better quality. I have emailed customer services asking for some discount with attached pictures of the damage and I’m awaiting reply.
I’m disappointed:(
Just to add - I had a great experience from customer services- quick response and I was offered a partial refund which helped. Thanks;)

Copenhagen dining chairs
Ordered Copenhagen dining chairs. They arrived beautifully packed. They are fabulous, amazing quality. So pleased with them. Customer service was excellent.

London dining chairs great
We ordered 8 London dining chairs and were a bit worried about the green colour as you can never be sure of colours shown online. In fact the green leather looks exactly as the House of Commons chairs, so we were very pleased.
The quality of the wood and leather is first class. Each chair was individually packed with lots of corrugated cardboard. So much it took a special trip to the recycling centre!
Even though we had to wait 7 weeks for delivery (as stated), it was definitely worth the wait.

My experience with Where Saints Go customer service has been great. Sally Ann and the team have been super communicative, proactive and kept me updated on all actions that they were taking in relation to my query. I have never dealt with such speedy, professional and friendly customer service, who went to lengths to put things right whilst at all times taking responsibility for the issues. I am very impressed, wish more companies provide such a level of customer care.

Ordered 6 dining chairs in February…
Ordered 6 dining chairs in February that were listed as on stock. After 2 weeks they hadn’t been delivered so I chased and was told that only 1 was on stock so the delivery wouldn’t be until May. Contacted them again in May for an update and was told of further delays until late June or Early July. Now contacted them again for an update and now they’re say late August. Have no faith they will ever arrive and they’re just sitting on our payment. Wherever in the world these chairs are being made they still cannot have left country of origin. What have they been doing since February. No explanations just that they’re waiting to hear from their shipping agent. Not good enough.

You're absolutely right to be frustrated, and we take full responsibility for the lack of communication and the delays you’ve encountered. We placed the order with our supplier back in January, expecting the usual 90-day production timeline. However, unforeseen sourcing challenges—particularly due to international trade issues affecting the availability of white oak—have significantly disrupted our supplier’s production and shipping schedules. This has caused knock-on delays to the orders arriving in from this supplier, including yours.
That said, we fully acknowledge that we should have kept you better informed throughout the process. We genuinely regret that we didn’t meet your expectations, and for that, we apologise.
As of today, we’ve processed a full refund for your order, which should appear in your account within the next few days depending on your bank’s processing times. We appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback, and please rest assured that we are actively working to improve both our supply chain transparency and our communication with customers moving forward.
We truly regret the inconvenience caused and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Order four bar stools
Order four bar stools. Two arrived promptly, no issues. Second parcel hadn't arrived over a week later and so needed chasing. Second parcel arrived with damaged content. Abrasion marks to frame and missing feet. Not great. I'll be returning the fourth stool and update once rectified.

While two of your bar stools were delivered promptly and without issue, it’s clear that the second parcel was mishandled during transit, resulting in damage and missing parts. We are currently raising a formal complaint with our national courier regarding the condition of the box and the delay. This is certainly not the standard we expect, and we completely understand your frustration.

I bought a beautiful stool for sitting…
I bought a beautiful stool for sitting at my new kitchen worktop about 18 months ago. I love it!! The leather seat is sumptuous! I am looking at buying the Crompton stool to compliment it ...it's one of the best purchases I have made. I am also collecting a dining crockery set so looking forward to using it ! This is a beautiful shop with some beautiful pieces ....I could re-vamp my whole house! Thankyou Where Saints Go !!
