I received a lovely wishbone chair

Customer service came good

I had an issue with an order which I was disappointed with however ultimately customer service, who were always extremely responsive, made efforts to make things right and I'm happy with the outcome.

The stock is amazing & service is flawless ⭐️

Firstly the stock is amazing, I ordered new bar stools they came before the lead time, the quality and finish is stunning.

I later decided once I started to see my kitchen in, that I wanted to exchange at a date that would have been too late to a different colour. The support team have accepted my exchange request and been super helpful in the entire process, I have never ordered from here before but if you’re doubting it don’t!!!! Clearly a very well run organisation with kind people behind the senes and a superior product and price to back it up. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Love, love, love my new stools!

I absolutely love my new green leather stools. They were delivered quickly and the communication was great.
I've had my eye on these for months and I'm so glad I finally bought them. They were really easy to assemble and are very good quality.

Brooklyn bar stools.

We have just taken possession of four black Brooklyn bar stools. We are very impressed with the packaging and the build quality of the bar stools which are comfortable. As they are leather we are hoping that they last a lot longer than our current faux leather ones.

Poor quality furniture and bad customer…

Poor quality furniture and bad customer service. Took months to arrive and had to change order as there was a fault before they could even sent it out. Would recommend getting your furniture from a reputable company instead

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your chairs. However, we feel it is important to clarify a few key points for transparency.
The chairs were purchased in 2024 and delivered over two years ago to a property abroad. Natural sheepskin is a delicate, organic material and, like all natural fibres, it can change over time depending on environmental conditions such as light exposure, humidity, and temperature. This is not a manufacturing fault but a natural characteristic of the material.
While we do not advise keeping furniture in a dark room, prolonged or repeated exposure to sunlight, even intermittently, can affect natural fibres and dyes over time. This applies to many natural materials including wood, leather, and fabrics. This is especially important in an environment such as a ski chalet where sunlight at altitude is a lot stronger than that at a lower altitude.
As the chairs are two years old and have been used in a non-UK environment, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange on this occasion. However, we did respond promptly to your query and provided guidance based on the information available.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable with all of our customers and stand by the quality of our products when used and cared for in line with general guidance for natural materials.

The leather pommel bench is absolutely beautiful and enhanced my entrance hall perfectly. The delivery was so speedy and arrived before the expected date. The price was good too - very good value for money as compared to other similar benches.

I had the chairs now for several years…

I had the chairs now for several years and the dark green(green paint) comes off. Not best quality tanning/colouring happened for sure. I intended to buy chairs for 20 years not every 5 years - so warranty means not much, I still would not buy any leather chairs again from here, sorry.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your chair. if you had advised us 4 years ago that you were unhappy with the height of the chair, we could most certainly have arranged an exchange for a more suitable height chair. We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the items.

After checking your purchase history, we can see that the chair is now four years old and is three years outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Unfortunately, once a product is outside of its warranty, we’re unable to accept liability for general wear and tear or any accidental damage that may occur over time.

With leather items in particular, regular maintenance is very important to preserve the material’s condition. We always recommend cleaning and nourishing the leather with a suitable leather balm consistently. This helps prevent drying, cracking, and premature wear, and keeps the leather looking and feeling its best.

We genuinely value your custom and feedback, and while this falls outside of warranty coverage, we’d still be happy to offer advice on care products or possible repair options if that would be helpful. Please feel free to get in touch with our team directly.

I ordered the dark brown leather bench…

I ordered the dark brown leather bench seat on the Saturday afternoon and it arrived by courier on the Thursday evening. I was given a time and date by email from the courier which was between 6pm and 9pm which I had the option to accept or change but that was perfect for us as it was a large item.
Really pleased with it , really comfortable and good quality leather it will last a long time and looks exactly as the picture on the website.
Would definitely recommend and may even purchase more items from them.

Ordered some bar stools from this…

Ordered some bar stools from this company, and they arrived packaged well and promptly.
The quality is amazing they are beautiful classy and look far more expensive than i paid . They were by no means cheap, but i wanted something to last, and i think with leather will only get better with age . They look great in my kitchen . I would recommend ordering from them without a doubt. They also replied to my email within an hour! Excellent service

Waiting for a bar stool since November

I've been waiting for a bar stool since the order was placed 28/11 (paid for then) and it still hasn't arrived. I keep getting messages from DPD that it'll be delivered but three days have passed and it's still not here, nor do I receive any accurate updates about delivery. Won't be buying from these people again.

As you are aware the stool was on pre-order when your order was placed. As soon as the item arrived in stock it was shipped out to you within a few days.

DPD have confirmed that delivery was attempted on two separate occasions, however we fully understand how disappointing this situation has been. The bar stool is currently being returned to us by DPD and, in line with your email instructions, we have now issued a full refund as requested.

Brilliant Customer Service

I contacted Where Saints Go on 29th December 2025, asking about a spare part that I needed for one of their chairs, (my dog had caused some damage). As it was Xmas/New Year, I wasn't expecting any response until well after 1st January, but not only was my enquiry answered within less than an hour, a couple of emails later and a spare part was on its way to me. Thank you Jo-Anne and thank you Where Saints Go. Your Customer Care was second to none, and I shall recommend your company to all my friends.

Great quality furniture with great service

When moving into a new house we were searching high and low for the perfect furniture and found it in the sale here. I sent an email asking if we could buy it now and get it shipped a week later when we had the keys and the team were so helpful. The furniture arrived at the perfect time and we were blown away by the quality and style of the pieces. As soon as we got everything set up, which was very easy to build btw, our empty room felt like our new home.
I'm telling everyone how good it is and highly recommend both the furniture and the service.

Avoid at all costs!

I regret using the company and would encourage you to avoid them. Bar stools which were ordered in July have still not arrived in December. There are no timely updates, continuous empty promises of they will be there next week (now postponed over 10 times) and no accountability for delay - they just reference general delay, with reminders to me that delivery dates are subject to change. There is no acknowledgment whatsoever that paying for a product that still has not arrived 5 months later is outrageous. Avoid yourself stress and inconvenience and shop elsewhere - I wish I had been advised to do so!

Hello Lauren,

Following on from previous communications I fully understand why you’re upset, and I want to apologise personally for the experience you’ve had.

To be completely transparent, this shipment has had an unusually difficult journey. After production delays from the manufacturer, our container was unexpectedly rerouted via Singapore and then again through Europe due to global vessel congestion. This added almost eight weeks onto the timeline and has created major issues across several of our pre-orders, not just yours. I appreciate that this does not make your situation any less frustrating, but it is the genuine reason behind the repeated setbacks.

We’ve been advised by the export team this morning that the vessel is arriving into port today, with delivery to our warehouse currently scheduled for Friday. We have emailed you directly with this information and will contact you again on Friday when we are 100% sure that the container has physically arrived in our warehouse.

As noted above this particular delivery has been exceptionally troublesome and I can assure you that this is not a usual customer experience. We cannot apologise enough for any stress and upset caused by the delays. As soon as the goods arrive they will be dispatched to you on a next day service. Rest assured they will be with you sometime next week.

Very smart looking chairs

We ordered 8 Brooklyn chairs. They look fantastic and are extremely comfortable. The delivery took much longer than advised on the website and the communication from DPD (the delivery company) was poor. However, it was back Friday week!
