Avoid at all costs!
I regret using the company and would encourage you to avoid them. Bar stools which were ordered in July have still not arrived in December. There are no timely updates, continuous empty promises of they will be there next week (now postponed over 10 times) and no accountability for delay - they just reference general delay, with reminders to me that delivery dates are subject to change. There is no acknowledgment whatsoever that paying for a product that still has not arrived 5 months later is outrageous. Avoid yourself stress and inconvenience and shop elsewhere - I wish I had been advised to do so!

Following on from previous communications I fully understand why you’re upset, and I want to apologise personally for the experience you’ve had.
To be completely transparent, this shipment has had an unusually difficult journey. After production delays from the manufacturer, our container was unexpectedly rerouted via Singapore and then again through Europe due to global vessel congestion. This added almost eight weeks onto the timeline and has created major issues across several of our pre-orders, not just yours. I appreciate that this does not make your situation any less frustrating, but it is the genuine reason behind the repeated setbacks.
We’ve been advised by the export team this morning that the vessel is arriving into port today, with delivery to our warehouse currently scheduled for Friday. We have emailed you directly with this information and will contact you again on Friday when we are 100% sure that the container has physically arrived in our warehouse.
As noted above this particular delivery has been exceptionally troublesome and I can assure you that this is not a usual customer experience. We cannot apologise enough for any stress and upset caused by the delays. As soon as the goods arrive they will be dispatched to you on a next day service. Rest assured they will be with you sometime next week.

Very smart looking chairs
We ordered 8 Brooklyn chairs. They look fantastic and are extremely comfortable. The delivery took much longer than advised on the website and the communication from DPD (the delivery company) was poor. However, it was back Friday week!

Thank you for the 4* review. We're so pleased that you are happy with your order. Over busy periods like Black Friday and December on the lead up to Christmas, there can be some courier delays, but our couriers work as hard as they can to deliver all as quickly as possible.

In May 2024 I ordered 8 chairs
In May 2024 I ordered 8 chairs, really pleased with the quality and design of the chairs. 17 months later I got in touch with them as one of the chairs was showing signs of woodworm. Although they rejected responsibility such a time later, as a gesture of good will a new chair was sent free of charge and delivered within 5 days. Excellent after service from this company!

We take any concerns regarding the quality of our products very seriously. Upon reviewing your message, we noted that your chair had been in use for approximately 17 months with no issues. So it’s highly improbable for a manufactured chair to have woodworm that stays completely hidden and inactive for 17 months. Most likely, if woodworm is present, it developed after purchase, often due to environmental factors like humidity, nearby untreated wood, or other infestations. We did send you a new chair as a gesture of goodwill; however, this was without any admission of liability, given the length of time you had had the chair. I’ve just received a bar stool
I’ve received a bat stool which I now understand is full leather but rather low quality. The communications from the supplier and factory have been excellent and demonstrate what a difference solid customer service makes. !

I’m super happy with the chairs I ordered from this company. Even though there was a small issue with a few of them, the customer service team was extremely helpful and quickly sorted everything out. I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Superb Customer Service
We are delighted with our matching Brooklyn dining chairs and stools. Compared to other products I have seen at this price point, this furniture is miles better quality.
We had a few issues with our delivery - but found that the Where Saints Go customer service were very helpful and efficient. Their Customer Service Portal is top notch (better than some multinationals) and allows good visibility of all comms. On top of that - they are easily contactable by phone (clearly bucking the trend of other online sellers).
Clearly a nice bunch of people working for a well run company, supplying good quality, value for money products - and doing their best to provide a premium customer service experience.
Oh! and thank you so much for delivering to Northern Ireland. So many sellers can't be bothered - and its gotten much worse lately. Thank you for supporting this little corner of Britain!

Fantastic and very helpful
