Top product! Zit sta buro van degelijke kwaliteit. Gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Zelfs inclusief RGB verlichting, wat ik niet verwacht had. Klantenservice kan beter, maar al om al een dikke prima ervaring. Aanrader!

Unresponsive Customer Service Makes Return Impossible
I recently purchased a standing desk converter from Jacob Bek but unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. I initiated a return by contacting customer service, but I haven't received any response despite multiple attempts. The lack of communication makes it impossible to return the product. This has become a frustrating experience.

Aucune news ...ni du site depuis le 16 date à laquelle ma commande a été validée et prise en compte, ni de GLS qui devrait avoir expédié ma commande ... aucun N° de colis ni de suivi... je n'aime pas du tout la tournure que ça prend. Nu kan ik afwisselend zitten of staan en is mijn eigen tafel ook nog voor andere functies in gebruik.

De tafel is sterk genoeg om er een computerhost op te plaatsen. De installatie is heel eenvoudig. Nadat ik de tafel had gemonteerd, ontdekte ik helaas dat het licht kapot was. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en kreeg geen antwoord. Het algemene gevoel is echter nog steeds geweldig.

Prima bureau en prima stoel.
Bureau met bureaustoel besteld met wat extra onderdelen.
Het bureau en stoel waren snel en goed geleverd.
Er was wat verwarring omdat ik wat extra onderdelen besteld had voor het bureau.
Deze bleken verstopt in de doos van de stoel maar omdat ik alleen de doos van het bureau geopend had kon ik deze niet vinden.
De klantenservice was niet te bereiken.
Mail wordt niet op gereageerd, chat was iemand beschikbaar.
Na een negatieve review hier kreeg ik contact via Facebook messenger.
Toen was de verwarring snel verholpen omdat mij verteld werd dat de extra onderdelen in de doos van de stoel zaten.
De slechte communicatie kwam door een technische storing werd mij verteld.
Dit bleek te kloppen en de montage is prima te doen als je de plaatjes kan begrijpen.
Prima bedrijf, klantcontact kan beter.

Super toller Eckschreibtisch
Schnelle Lieferung, Ware kam gut verpackt an. Der Schreibtisch ließ sich problemlos Dank der super beschriebenen Zeichnungen in der Aufbauanleitung zusammen montieren. Wir haben selten so tolle Qualität erlebt bei Internetbestellungen. Hatten schon Angst, was uns da aus Spanien erwartet. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles von bester Qualität. Materialien, Löcher, Schrauben, Verkabelung ect- alles hat gepasst. Wir sind begeistert und unsere Tochter hat viel Freude mit dem neuen Eckschreibtisch.
