Cet convertisseur de bureau change totalement mon expérience du travail à domicile. Travailler en position debout permet non seulement de soulager les douleurs dans le dos, cela favorise également un travail plus productif; notamment après le déjeuner.
J'avais déjà fait l'expérience de travailler debout lorsque j'étais basée au bureau. Je voulais recréer les mêmes conditions maintenant que je suis à 100% en home office. Honnêtement, it's a game changer !

snelle service, top kwaliteit maar dan ook echt top!! Was wat fout gegaan met uitlevering dus duurde wat langer maar was geen probleem werd gelijk toegelicht en excuses aangeboden, kan altijd gebeuren transport wereld is nou eenmaal zo. Maar zeker waard om hier je bureau te kopen!!!

Optisch schön, leider kam der gaming Tisch sowie der gaming Stuhl verkratzt an. Die LED Leiste am Tisch war leider auch sehr locker.

Defekter Stuhl - Kundendienst ignoriert mich
Bestellung pünktlich angekommen aber defekt. Einer der beiden Stühle hatte einen riesigen Kratzer. Als ich nach Ersatz gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt auf den Bildern sehe die Mitarbeiterin keine Kratzer. Ich sendete weitere Bilder. Sie meinte, es wären weiterhin keine zu sehen. Seitdem Funkstille, keine Reaktion weder auf Email noch Telefon. 300€ Stuhl gekauft der defekt ist.

Leider ist dies keine Maßnahme, die wir ergreifen können.

I have reviewed the messages regarding your order. There was no visible damage to the chair in the original images you sent to us. In your initial message, you requested another chair to be sent free of charge or a full refund, or you threatened to leave negative feedback. Unfortunately, this is not a course of action we can take.
At our company, we prioritize finding resolutions to problems and working with our customers until they are satisfied. The review system is intended for honest feedback about our company and service, not as a means to obtain free products through coercion.

Servicio post venta inexistente
El servicio post venta hasta día de hoy (semanas posteriores a la compra) ha sido totalmente ausente. Sin respuesta a email, ni teléfono ni a chat tras abrir tiquet. Probamos también escribiendo el formulario de atención al cliente. Ni rastro de respuesta. Dejando de lado el producto, para tener respuesta a una petición post venta, Jacob Bek tiene mucho que mejorar, para empezar, responder al cliente, con algo, aunque sea decir que no pueden hacer nada.
Seguimos esperando respuesta.

Mijn hoekbureau is van goede kwaliteit en stevig, ik ben er heel erg blij mee. Erg goed verpakt en goed in elkaar te zetten. De tekeningen mogen iets groter en duidelijker om direct te kunnen zien wat voor- en achterkant is van de tafelbladen en poten. Het eindresultaat is geweldig.
