Goede Service
Ik had een Standing Desk Converter gekocht maar een deel ervan kwam stuk.
Ik had op hetzelfde dag en email gestuurd.
Die dag zelf heb ik een email ontvangen dat ze direct het deel dat stuk was konden vervangen en sturen.
+ hadden ze ook nog een extra item bij gezet.
Het product zelf is top!
En ook enorme goede prijs!
+ goede service!

Ich muss zugeben, dass ich schon etwas skeptisch war. Der Preis ist um einiges günstiger als bei anderen Anbietern. Dazu noch kostenfreier Versand nach Deutschland. Aber es ist alles tipptopp. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann den Händler mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Je trouve cela regrettable, car nous sommes toujours disponibles pour vous aider et résoudre vos préoccupations.

Aufbau schwierig, Leder hat Falten. Stuhl nicht schön vernäht. Die versprochene Behebung des Problems hat nie stattgefunden.
Keine Ahnung, woher die tollen Rezensionen kommen. Bin enttäuscht.
Guten Tag. Ihre Rückmeldung war nicht korrekt. Der Stuhl ist auf einer Seite Top verarbeitet und auf der anderen Seite mit Wellen, wie kann das bitte so vom Werk sein. Auf diese Frage habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Und zurück senden? Das ist ein Riesen Aufwand. Weil es nicht gerade 5 min waren, die der Aufbau benötigt hatte!
Ich habe nie eine komplette Erstattung gefordert. Das ist unverschämt. Sie können gerne einen Abbau und Abhol Service schicken. Ich schleppe das Ding nicht zur Post. Sie hätten mir auch nur das unschön verarbeitet Teil schicken können.
Und die Bewertung ist negativ weil die Erfahrung negativ ist.!

Achat Table Gaming (159€)
J’ai d’abord reçu la mauvaise table (noire au lieu de blanche), qui ne correspondait pas aux pieds (blancs). Le service client m’a répondu en 48 heures, a rapidement constaté l’erreur, et m’a renvoyé la bonne table en me demandant de retourner celle qui était incorrecte. Je n’ai pas eu de frais supplémentaires pour ce retour.
Ce genre de situation peut arriver, donc je reste satisfait de mon achat. Le moteur pour l’élévation de la table fonctionne bien, et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

Totalement insatisfaite de mon achat. Chaise de bureau faite pour des gens petits avec une assise qui descend. Politique de retour ne permettant pas d'user du droit de rétractation. ( il ne faut pas ouvrir le produit mais comment savoir si il nous convient )
Confort très médiocre, le rehaussement dans le bas du dos n'est pas agréable.
très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Kapot bureau zeer matige communicatie
Via via kom ik erachter dat ze klanten zonder klachten een review verzoek sturen. Mensen zonder klachten niet. Dus het is een vertelend beeld hier. Tevens is het een dropshipper die doet alsof het nederlands is maar stiekem komt het elders uit europa. Het verhaal: Als eerst sturen ze een bureau op die flink beschadigd is, kapotte motor, blad met verfspatten. Je krijgt geen telefoonnummer alles moet via chat en mail. Reactie volgt elke keer na meerdere dagen. Ook van meerdere email adressen. Ik vraag om retour en ze willen perse een nieuwe motor sturen. Ik beroep me op mijn Herroepingsrecht en ze regelen de retour. Nog voor ik de mail kreeg over de retour stond er al iemand voor de deur. Dit is dan de ene ster. Het contact is google translate achtige manier. Niet persoonlijk. Geen excuses. Het spul komt allemaal uit spanje volgens de track and trace. En ik vind het materiaal niet heel degelijk of goede kwaliteit. Voor mij nooit meer. Ik zit al 3 weken ruim te wachten op mijn geld retour.
Update.
Dezelfde dag na deze review stond mijn geld erop. heldere excuses en een uitleg dat ze geen dropshipper zijn. al is een website in het volledig Nederlands wel gek. Ze geven ook aan dat er geen Nederlands sprekende mensen zijn en alles dus via google translate gaat. Ik vind het jammer dat er pas actie komt na zoveel tijd en na de negatieve review. Maar ze hebben nu alles wel netjes opgelost dus ik pas hem aan van 1 ster naar 3.

Top Qualität, Top Preis, Top Service
Ich habe eine höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch Konverter bestellt. Leider wurde beim Transport eines der Bretter beschädigt. Ich habe eine Reklamation geschrieben und promt am nächsten Tag eine der freundlichsten Rückmeldungen bekommen die man auf eine Reklamation schreiben kann. Ich habe komplett kostenfrei nach nicht mal einer Woche ein Ersatzbrett geliefert bekommen. Ich bin so glücklich über meinen neuen Arbeitsplatz. Vielen herzlichen Dank. Macht weiter so.

Surprisingly.. Amazing!
I had never heard of Jacob Bek, even when I searched for a chair prior to buying my current Jacob Bek desk. So, I admit being a little skeptical and cautious when ordering from Jacob Bek.
I ordered the 180cm Gaming Desk Corner and my oh my, is this desk sturdy.
Not only is the desk sturdy, it has amazing design. It really looks like a gamers' desk, but very well may function as an office desk as well. Plenty of room, comes with a cable tray and the all-round quality is just superb. The best part is that putting it together, was a breeze. Simply read, use some common sense, and done.
I did see a minor error in the instructions. At some point parts 5 and 6 are incorrectly displayed. Numbers 5 and 6 are the desk plates and I believe number 6 are the wing pieces and at a certain step, it said number 6 was the square middle plate/desk piece. Other than that, great and easy to understand manual.
I am sure to come back to Jacob Bek and purchase items again. Highly recommend this shop!
