Nice stuff, nice price
Nice stuff, for a nice price. However, the metal of the desks were finished a bit roughly. The transport was difficult to track and two boxes were left on the sidewalk, but that's the fould of the carrier.

Beschadigd artikel en klantenservice kan beter
Na het lezen van vele positieve reviews dacht ik hier gerust een mooi bureau te kunnen bestellen. Helaas. Het kwam beschadigd aan en niet op 1 plek, maar meerdere plekken. Meteen foto's gestuurd naar de klantenservice. Ze bieden een kleine compensatie aan. Heb aangegeven het op hun kosten terug te willen sturen, maar daar reageren ze niet op. Ze bieden een voucher aan ter compensatie om nog iets bij hen te kunnen bestellen, maar dat wil ik niet. Ik wil het graag terugsturen en het geld terug zodat ik ergens anders een goed bureau kan bestellen. Veel heen en weer gemail zonder echt te reageren op de klacht en de vraag.
Update: uiteindelijk zijn we tot een oplossing gekomen, maar het heeft wel veel tijd gekost.

Ein Plastikteil war bei der Lieferung defekt.
Es ist auch sehr schwierig, mit dieser Firma in Kontakt zu treten und ein Rücksendelabel zu erhalten um defekte Ware zurückzusenden.

Ich habe den Bürosessel vor etwa einem Monat gekauft, Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Er hat alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Man sitzt sehr bequem und das Dessign des Stuhls ist sehr schön. Die Sitzfläche ist grosszügig dimensioniert. Die Sitzhöhe kann individuell eingestellt werden, sodass ich eine gute ergonomische Sitzposition finde. Auch die Materialen sind gut, sie fühlen sich robust an. Der Stuhl macht einen langlebigen Eindruck.
Er bietet den perfekten Mix aus Komfort, Funktionalität und Qualität.

Le stand up desk est de très bonne qualité, livraison rapide, facile à monter. Il est important de changer de position lorsque l'on travaille toujours sur ordinateur merci pour l'initiative !

Good value for money
The products arrived in 2 weeks, but that was ok in busy Christmas period. Assembly of the seats was easy they are comfortable enough - my son is about 1.80m tall. I think it's good value for money. The arm rests could be a bit more stable.

Pedido realizado el día 16 de diciembre y a día 31 no sé nada. Seguramente no llegue para reyes, voy a esperar con paciencia y editaré la reseña según vaya surgiendo el acontecimiento.
Actualizo reseña, el pedido me ha llegado rápido después de que abran de nuevo tras la vacaciones. Espero que el material sea de calidad.

Beautiful, sturdy but elegant.
To my surprise the chair had to be sent from Spain. But the communication all the way to picking it up from the delivery spot nearby was excellent. Today I saw the result at my grandsons birthday: beautiful, sturdy but elegant.
