I want my current account cancelled and asked wgt customer support to do that a monthor more ago, but they still haven't done it. I want to start over from scratch and not continue my current account since it'stoo hard to win without spending a a lot of money. They don't seem to care ...

i feel like i am being scammed,every time i make a payment my balls are lost or my puts dont go in and tournaments are deff rigged so you pay more money, when my balls have run out i will play with free balls i am not paying any more, it didnt used to be like this.

Every single review in here is absolutely correct on the negative end. This game will do whatever it takes to make you spend money. No matter how well you play, no matter how many times you win this game will keep you broke with coins and always paying for additional balls. I don’t know for the life of me how these type of companies that make these games get away with ripping people off….. I’m not going to write in elaborate review about my personal experience but just know that I have been victim to paying hundreds upon hundreds of dollars into this game and still have 68 coins currently and 15 gold coins currently…. This is the biggest scam on the planet, so save your money.

Hab das Monaco Allin gespielt und statt 2 x meine Chips zu bekommen, habe ich nach dem Sieg nur einen kleinen Gewinn bekommen.
Nachdem ich den Support angeschrieben habe und um Aufklärung bat, kam absolut nicht mehr.

Also nur Betrug, lasst es einfach und erspart Euch den Stress.

The software has been absolute crap for the last 3 months. I contacted wgt and they said they were aware of it, still crap though! I've lost so many golf balls because of the jumpy swing meter, it's pathetic! I'd continue playing if they'd actually fix it, but it's clear they're not going to. Too bad, I actually enjoyed playing for quite a few years, but I've had enough, moving on to something better!

Great graphics best out there. But it is rigged, multi holes games usually if not most of the time end with a GREAT shot that either ties or wins the game, like 69 ft putt, or the chip shot from 20 yds, now these do happen ( common sense now ) but not almost every game, an I’m not kidding at all. They also don’t make much effort to rotate the holes or courses 10 mins in it’s sent you to the same course and holes 3-4 times, and people ask why do they leave games. This game doesn’t cohere to the sprint of the game,, GOLFERS DON’T CHEAT.

Game has decent graphics and a good concept of online play. However, the mechanics are all messed up. There's no logic, sense or predictability to this game. The ball goes where it wants or is designed to go regardless of your adjustments or equipment.. I haven't spent one red cent on this game and I will keep it that way.

This is the most corrupt, AI programmed game on the market. Don't waste your time. They require coins to play that you must buy, and the game is engineered to loose so that you have to buy more coins. When you play the game, it is so obvious that they are engineering the outcome so that you loose, so I have deleted all accounts associate with this piece of crap game.

The game used to be good. Now it's just tricked up! Like you can't four putt from 2 ft. There's no course in the world like that! And when you're supposedly a tour pro like myself on this app, there's just no way, the programmers got to go back to the starting point and make it about being as close to real golf as possible

The game is very glichy and when there is a problem there is 0 customer service. I don't mind spending a few bucks but with this game its throwing away your money.

My game stopped loading I played some games and watched some videos to earn credits for a club I was wanting to purchase. Well somehow my game will not load today and it acts like I am blocked. I have done nothing to be blocked for and if thats the case I am not happy. I really think wgt owes me T least an explanation why my game will not load now.

Game is total BS...do not waste your time or money...it is a rigged game...graphics are good the rest of the game is horrible...very inconsistent...example playing a 95 yard shot into an 18 mph wind playing uphill 15 feet...i hit my sand wedge good for 100 yards full..should be short and keep me below the hole...not so it went 110 yards how is that even possible...this happens all the time every match...it is rigged to let others or AI player win...dont get me started on tournaments how does someone shoot a 52 and have an average of 54...no way to win...

This company doesn't care that GitHub has 15 different Lua made for lazy people who need to cheat. It's almost a guarantee if you play somebody that is a tour legend or above 75% of them are using these third-party applications. Also, they should not let players on a computer play on the same platform as iPad and phone users play on because we can't use macros, but computer players can so every shot is hit exactly perfect every time. I've reported so many players they don't care. The players are still there. It's a joke. This game is a joke. It's like if you're that pathetic that you need to cheat you should probably learn how to find a life.

You rip off players. You do not provide replacement passwords to players. You're being sued for 15 billion dollars! Ripping off people for over $2000 will get you bankrupt

1 STAR...only because you cant give 0. This is the best virtual golf around...BUT it is managed by greedy geeks, who do NOT admit ANYthing. You will lose your ingame coins to morons who keep logging out.

Crazy, unpredictable shots that make no sense at all. This is just a junky program. Goodbye. Give my extra-yards hat to somebody else. Do people really buy clubs for this junk?

Players keep re registering so playing at lower levels so they can clean up their opposition. If you refer them to WGT they are not interested and they seem to encourage people to cheat. If you play the game then DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY with WGT as the game is rigged to the players who continue to cheat

On Monday January 27th, 2025 I purchased $20 in credits. I did not receive the credits I purchased! I emailed WGT support and told them what the issue I was having was. Few days went by and no response from WGT. So I emailed them again and sent a screenshot with my proof of purchase and where the payment went through to them. It’s now Tuesday February 4, 2025.. 8 days later and still haven’t heard from WGT! I’ve sent 5 emails regarding this matter. Still no luck hearing back from them. They state that they WILL RESPOND within 48 hours. 8 days later, no response! Good luck! I love the game but customer service is last to everyone!
