Swingbits took my credit card info and scammed me for 49.99 per month. Stay away from them!

This is a scam. I agreed to the sample for $1, and they charged me an additional $49.00 for a dozen balls, which I did not order. Do not order from this company. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i took the bait for 3 golf balls for a dollar. thanks heavens I put it on my American Express and they caught the 49.99 charge and denied it, let me know it was fraud from this company. donot buy from this company nothing but lies.

its a scam, they hide the fact there going to bill you for some bs membership for golf videos

I ordered the sample sleeve for $1 my they to charge my card $60 !! I was notified by my card company and they canceled the transaction and my card . I did get a new card!

You'll get billed by some tella India con artist rip off for $49 golf lessons you would never even want.
You must not pay any attention to fraud solicitations from Swing Bits Meredian ID. Your not going to get free samples of their new golf balls and you'll deal with what is posted in google search , and approaching 300 in the BBB fraud complaints , from many souls who found the same facts :con artists... In fact you wouldn't like the balls/rock for the pond , Anyway! Be a golfer: play Titlist!

This company is a fraud. Made a call after I bought the sleeve of balls only to be charged 49.99. Call was told I was going to be charged 50% then I said I would contact the BBB. She then threatened says if I did that they would drag out my refund. All intimidation at least tried. I got my refund now reporting here also BBB Reno we’re they are. Be ware fraud company

Golf balls seem ok for 1.00. However stay away or try to find the small print. If you miss the small print call 877-877-1990. They will tell you 50%. Mention your next call to your stat attorney general and amazingly enough 100%. If dial your state house. I know the MA attorney general loves these fraud cases. Just poor business practice.

This company is a fraud. They charged me $1.00 for three golf balls then after a week started charging me $49.99 every month for the last 12 months. No nothing, no contract, no communication regarding membership. Membership for what? This is BS. What goes around comes around. Wait fir your KARMA. It’s coming!!!

Another disgruntled ex customer who paid the $1.00, paid for extra balls, then started the $49.99 taken out of my account. When I cancelled, same day as the payment to my account came in, I asked for a refund, which they did not give back. Therefore, I hope no one ever purchases anything from this company, a BIG RIPOFF!! No VALUE to their content! Watch out, you will be the next disgruntled victim whe is taken for about $50/mo. DONT DO IT< STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! 1 Star so I could write this review, nothing more.

Reported this BS site to my Discover Card -Swingbits took me for 5 months of fraud charges . Unbelievable but Discover Card ruled in Swingbits favor ! I will now cancel the Discover Card and still pursue FRAUD charges against SWINGSCREW YOUR BITS - even if it means getting an attorney . SWINGBITS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF -- BEWARE !!!

I had the same experience as the reviews below. Called to cancel, got one charge reversed. Then they charged me for two more months! Called again, got one more charge reversed, but they won't offer more. At least not so far; on the phone again after they hung up on me.

They are a fraud outfit .They did it to me the same thing. $1 for S & H of three Calcutta balls and the charge $49.99 . When I called to cancel it and Lori at customer service said the same thing to me,offered three golf balls and 25% of next purchase. I said I never authorized this. SHE HUNG ON ME. I AM DISBUTING THIS CHARGE THOUGH MY BANK CREDIT CARD. HOPE BB CAN STOP THIS SCAM BEFORE THEYSUCK MORE PEOPLE. FACEBOOK SHOULD STOP ADVERTISING THIS KIND OF SCAMMERS

This is a SCAM! It’s some sort of a monthly club that you pay $50 a month for. Apparently you can watch videos on how to better your golf game. NEWS FLASH-Go to golf course and practice or watch videos on YouTube. I got sucked in by add stated get 3 free golf balls, just pay for shipping of $1. Nothing was said about this monthly membership. It was setup to trick you into this money maker for them! Tried to cancel and the phone number was disconnected-finally got ahold of them through a number found on BBB site and canceled. The internet is full of similar stories.

they did it to me....got the balls and out of nowhere, a 49.99 change... my bank alerted me to the charge. because it is not a stolen number, it is not fraud per se. they did say they could dispute the charge for me. So I called them up and told them to get rid of that charge. they tiried to tell me that there was small print that said I was joining a club, I told them nowhere did it say anything like that.... so they offered a 30 pct discount, I said no, all of it..then they tried 50 pct... I told them all of my money back and keep the 1 dollar for the balls. I told them if they did NOT refund my money, I woul report them for fraud to the bank and any other govt. agency..... so then I got a 100 pct refund. Last time I ever buy online unless it is a real company like callaway, ping, etc. no middle men

They get 1 star because it’s a requirement. This company is S*^T. The Bast*r*s are thieves in the night! Stealing money by inserting a clause to repeat monthly payments without customer notification! This should be Stopped and all money returned immediately!
