Their estate Practitioner Mr Justin Dear, a very helpful gentleman, visited us & went through all our options & answered our questions & concerns to our complete satisfaction. Two years since we had the misfortune of meeting Michelle, flowed by a catalogue of errors and lies on her part, and one year since she told us everything was completed, we still don't know what she has done for us. We are left with extremely traumatic memories of the way she treated us all, especially my father who was literally on his death bed and are left with more questions than answers. Mum contacted head office, got an apology but new errors were still made and despite having been promised that someone would come and visit to explain exactly what had been produced for us, no-one ever materialised. We are now paying to go elsewhere to try and sort out the mess she left us in. Westminster Law have asked for more evidence to verify this review but mum is too upset to have anything more to do with them.

We found Wayne very helpful. He explained everything in detail so we understood what he was saying. He made everything very clear and made us realise what could happen after our deaths.

My husband and I needed to make new wills.

On the 3rd March 2025 and 8th April 2025 I gave instructions to the company under the terms of my Power of Attorney and at the request of my Aunt, asking that she be contacted for her Will to be updated. Neither my Aunt nor myself received any form of acknowledgment and in reply to a subsequent email on the 6th November 2025 I was advised by Stuart Victor that in March and April of that year he did not receive any emails as all the emails he received were automatically moved to a spam folder. On 6th Nov 2025 I then requested that he may further contact with my Aunt and after a chaser on the 13th March 2026 I was advised that "the contact phone number is no longer in operation please provide a new phone number". Due to the Company's lack of efficiency my Aunt is now no longer able to provide instructions

Nick was super professional and provided a very quick turnaround due to my son heading back overseas. Very impressed with the level of service. Would highly recommend. Thanks Nick!!
