As requested, Derek Lawrence came to advise us about our will today.
He was great. He wasnt just professional, punctual etc, he was kind. He took the time to really get to know us and was caring. He not only told us everything that we wanted to know, but more. Derek was caring. By listening to what we wanted, he was able to advise us on things we didn't know we wanted. He was so helpful. Not pushy at all. Derek put us at ease and made us laugh. There was no pressure at all. My husband and myself really felt listened to and understood. I would definitely recommend him to others. The advice he gave us has really put our minds at ease, knowing that we have things in place now, not when we are older.

After a slight delay in communication which was actually due the original colleague of there's who visited. He promptly left the business and in doing so left things unfinished. As soon as I made Town and Country aware that we needed a little guided support to help complete our wills they actually came to the home and did it there and then .
We can't praise then enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Originally I wasn't happy with Town and Country Law & rang them to complain but wasn't satisfied with their response so I wrote a negative review about their service. I later had phone call from James who works in the company. I explained what had happen and he as resolved the problem for me. I originally gave the Company 2 stars now I am happily giving them a 5 star review

READ THIS article 10863353/TONY HETHERINGTON did FCA blessing Town Country Law, Steve Worswick visited us and told us we would have a specialist contact us the following day, still waiting three weeks later and several calls to the company who couldn't find any details for us ! I then found the article above which will surprise you as much as it did me.

I have used this company but never again I engaged them to write my will,power of attorney and place property in trust, it took them nearly two years to do this, but they failed to put property into trust,this cost a total of £3000 I could have got this done for cheaper I would advise others not to use this company their service is rubbish

This morning I had a home visit to discuss wills and trusts and I was extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge and valuable help given to me leaving me with complete peace of mind . I would totally recommend this Company.
