We was getting to the stage my partner and I both in our 60s having our own home and needed a will so our daughter's were provided for. Nathan was pleasant , knowledgeable and patient, he helped us through the process and made it look easy . We would recommend them highly thanks

I couldn't not pass our appreciation to Kay Morley who has supported myself and my husband to put together our WILLs and trust and powers of attorney. I felt like a complicated journey so we had put it all off for years but Kay made a thorough package to ensure our blended families have everything in place for when we needed it. Nothing has been too much, she has always made herself available for all the questions and queries we have had along the way. I can not thank her enough for putting everything into simple terms for us , even with diagrams to show and explain, her patience was endless with us ! I highly recommend this company, but especially Kay Morley! X

Our phone call to discuss our wills was professional, but friendly. It didn't feel rushed, everything was clearly explained and the whole process was very easy.

This company want as much money as they can charge you, Town and Country will sell you as much as they can to do with having your Will made up, we left it to late to cancel our information and start again, lesion learned.

It’s very emotional writing a will, setting up a trust, appointing a power of attorney, it’s a big thing. However it was all made so easy and straightforward by everyone that I dealt with at this fabulous organisation. I had so many queries, sometimes what I felt were silly questions, but everyone was so kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and always there for me. I can’t name just one person because everyone is exceptional. Everything is completed now and I’m so very grateful for Town & Country Law. Thankyou.

We didn’t have a great experience. After feeling we had been given incorrect info we cancelled our POA the day after with the agent. We had nothing in writing and after several attempts to ask about our refund, and being told “it’s ok, you will get it”, we called the office to be told our POA had not been cancelled. We did get a refund once it was flagged but had it gone past the 14 days it might have been a different outcome. We agreed to keep the wills which had to be amended three times and it all felt rather messy from our first meeting to finally receiving the correct products.
Town and Country office staff were always responsive and professional but it felt as if the chap who came to the house didn’t really care once he had the money apart from a few short text messages. We didn’t feel confident in what he told us, so we checked and it was incorrect. We felt we deserved better communication considering the £1000 we paid and felt we had been duped a little into agreeing to the POA when we now know we can do it ourselves for a third of the cost. He was a little over familiar for the subject matter, and the details he took were incorrect hence why it had to be changed three times. Not great, hard for us to recommend.
