Excellent service
Ordered a clematis rooguchi (which I struggled to find anywhere else) & an astilbe arendsii from them - order was placed yesterday, mid afternoon & my parcel arrived at lunchtime today!
My plants were carefully wrapped & packed, not in plastic wrapping (which I was pleased about, as I’m generally trying to avoid throw away plastic) & arrived in excellent condition, together with careful instructions for how to plant & care for my clematis. I was really impressed & will definitely use this nursery again. Highly recommend!

Will never shop with them again
Purchased a plant from them which arrived completely broken. Sent the company a picture and an email the second I received it which was at the beginning of June and still await a response. Would never buy from them again!

very poor - would not recommend at all
bought a corydalis ‘ plant ‘ and received one small corm in a pot of soil for £7.50 plus p & p ???!!
beyond disappointed - very unhappy
unhelpful and dismissive response from seller - would never buy from again

Poor plants and service - plants ( 5 Astilbes) dead on arrival
I received 10 plants (Hostas & Astilbes). The quality of the Astilbes were very poor - there was no sign of life/growth on any of the plants, bar one plant with a broken twig.When the Astilbes were removed from the pots, the soil fell apart, although I still put the contents of the pot in the soil. I emailed the nursery and received a response stating "The Astilbe had ... been cleaned up and repotted ....(and) .. that shoots are emerging from the crowns. It is still only April and many plants have not yet got going."
However there were NO SHOOTS EMERGING when I received the plants arrived and It is NOW MAY and as expected all the 5 plants have died!
I am giving 2 stars because 3 out of 5 of the Hostas were okay.
I'm a keen gardener, buy many plants on line and this is the worst quality of plants I have received to date.
