Excellent experience, fast people and great communicators

It was worth the money, they supported me with all the questions I had, assigned a local agent Henk, who was brilliant, kept me informed, alerted if any property I wanted to view would be problematic, kept me updated on pricing progression of the properties, previous sale values, did all the bids for me, checked all the VVE infos etc. Notary went smooth as well and in general the process was much easier and less stressful for me as a result of their help.

Our home-buying process has become much smoother with the help of Welocate. They respond quickly to our questions and consistently schedule on time for all necessary steps, such as preparing the appraisal report and construction report. The real estate agent they referred to us (Roderick Crielaers, Crielaers Makelaardij & Taxaties) is also an expert and clearly knows what he’s doing.

Smooth and on time operations. The team was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this service as they make you feel secure with while you are purchasing a real estate in a foreign country.

Welocate was a great choice that I made during the house purchase process. They informed me at every step and helped setting up all meetings and followed the process to make sure I don’t miss anything.

The only less satisfying part was the assigned makelaar who could be more helpful in the process.

very smooth process when buying the property. Welocate team is very supportive. They even helped us change the real estate agent when we were unhappy. Everything was taken care of - appraisal/construction reports, translator, real estate agent etc. 10/10

**Update to respond to welocate's respond: I never offered to take down my review they asked me to amend it via email after they reported my review being illegal to trustpilot.
What I have written them via email is quote "My review states my experience through the process, and what happened. I am happy to amend the review with the agreement we can reach, hence other people can see." End quote

**Update: After placing the review here person from welocate called and told me that everyone can understand their packages only not me (in a specific tone), and when I asked him please not to call me an idiot, he accused me of only trying to get free service. Under enourmous amount stress in the past week with the aparment buying process I ended up crying and asked him just to just imagine my situation. He told me to send them an email and he will take a look on Monday. **

I got in contact with Welocate through ING`s mortgage advisor. Everything seemed fine, but I have decided to go with another mortgage advisor, so I emailed them to ask if it is ok for them or do we need to make any changes.
2 different people
both confirmed via email that it is not a problem. Everything stays the same.
I signed the Welocate HomeBuyers Plan and they emailed me the General Conditions for the HomeBuyers Plan which included purchasing guidance, an appraisal report, construction report and notary, for a fee of € 2.495 which was called general conditions of Welocate BV Home Buyers Plan.
When I found the apartment, I want to put an offer for, they emailed me the `next steps` with a document stating: "Appraisal, Construction check and Notary Welocate will arrange these products through our sister company. The costs of these products are included in your package."
After the email, an agent called me and said that she would like to offer me the above-mentioned documents arrangement on a discount, instead of €3.000 it will be only €2.500.
I was so surprised didn’t know what to say, so they connected me with the original agent, who said, no you do not have HomeBuyers plan, you have Buying agent.
Basically, what she stated is that the € 2.495 only included the real estate agent, nothing else, and it is an additional €2500 to cover the Appraisal, Construction check and Notary.
I pointed out that the document I signed was called "Welocate Home Buyers Plan order confirmation" and the attached terms and conditions clearly states what is included.
Then she kept changing a subject to I should have informed ING and Welocate together that I will have a different mortgage advisor and that I only signed for Buying agent and blamed her colleagues because they are not sales but operations for not informing me well. She eventually said that she needs to talk to her supervisor, I have not heard from them since.
Also, during the whole process, the real estate agent appointed by Welocate was saying the documents mentioned were included in my package and it was confirmed by the terms and conditions as well as the next steps document.
They had absolutely no idea which package I had, or what was even included and taken zero accountability and claimed, I only signed Buying agent and not HomeBuyers Plan which is not the case and I have emails to back that up.
When I pointed out that what I signed stated HomeBuyers Plan with HomeBuyers Plan terms and conditions, Agent simply said I am wrong without looking into anything.
As an expat, trying to rely on such a company, did not do any favors for me.
Even through their own terms and conditions provided states what’s included, they deny it and ask me to pay more. And me as person against a company, what choice do I have? I feel taken advantage of.

Very prompt support, knowledgable team and value for money. Save a lot of time for me to navigate the challenging real estate market in the NL. Highly recommend!

I had already signed the purchase agreement, and needed a quick evaluation report. I called welocate, and even though it was on a Friday and in the middle of spring break, they quickly arranged evaluation report, notary and translator appointments. All of this with a great price. Highly recommend!
