I have worked with Welocate in the process of buying my first home in the Netherlands. They have been extremely helpful for every step and there is always someone to help you with your questions, following up on the progress etc. The key point for me was they have a package of their services, everything you would need when buying a home thus you do not need to deal with each thing one by one.

We started working with WeLocate in late October this year, and by mid-December we were getting the keys to our new home. The entire process was easy and stress-free for us, as we didn't have to deal with scheduling viewings, arranging inspections, finding a notary, paperwork, etc. ourselves, which is exactly what we wanted. for us as first time buyers it was the perfect service :)

I contacted Welocate after their free seminar and also after multiple conversation on email and phone. I was very happy to have them, they arranged a buying agent who helped finding a house. After selecting a house; agent and Welocate arranged everything. Mortgage advisor was our choice and not something they offer in their package. I think I made a wise decision to select Welocate considering a tough housing market condition, a lot of hassle is gone and you can concentrate only on house and mortgage, insurance etc.

I have never understood the service offered.
I found the apartment, arranged the appointment, and negotiated. I even had to ask the makelaar to call the seller. After receiving the seller's acceptance, I had to contact the notary myself to arrange the date for signing the deed.
Only a few services were not organized by me (the inspection visit and the property appraisal)

Professional, detail oriented and service focused. This is the second time we have used the Welocate service and they have been excellent both times.

Had a good experience with the company, ready to help and easy to reach! Their price is low compared to doing everything yourself, while adding a very big convenience. They helped us all along the way, with getting a real estate agent who helped us win our very first bid (!) ,getting and upraisal done, getting a technical report and providing a transistor for the notary signing.

Welocate was a good choice for us. We had a great makelaar assigned through them, and they guided us through the next steps. While we still had to handle a lot on our own, they were always available when we had questions or ran into challenges, which was exactly what we needed. They also always followed up with advice at every milestone of the process.

They also offer great value considering the makelaar and inspection costs. Be sure to take advantage of client discounts if recommended through your bank, as that makes it an even better deal.

If you plan to use Welocate, I highly recommend setting up an video appointment with Gonzalo. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, taking time to explain all the steps and also provide his recommendation for the services based on my needs. Eventhough I only ended up using Welocate for the appraisal of the property, Gonzalo still followed up to find out the outcome of my mortgage application and whether everything went smoothly. Overall he provided good and honest support throughout which made the process a lot easier especially for first time home buyers like myself. Highly recommend his services!

Communication with Welocate over phone and email was very good. They were following up with me in every step of the way and even congratulated me on the house after. Also offering additional help like internet, gas and electricity was an additional good thing.
