Service was ok at the end however I felt a bit lost during the process. There was too many parties involved and no connection or guidance on how things were going to happen (perhaps because I only hired the transfer package). Even the realtor assigned to my case was not aware about it until I reach out to her.
Luckily all went well.
And as an additional feedback, I was confused about the final invoice as the notary deed was presented separate from Welocate fee. Took me a while that it was just a matter of presentation and not a double charge so perhaps good to inform the clients about it in advance to avoid unnecessary stress.
Despite that, overall I am happy and thankful for the service. Specially with Shanine who was kind and patient to reply to my questions during the process.

Overall it's handy to have someone arrange everything that's necessary for you. Communication is quite smooth both via phone and WhatsApp. The external makelaar is sometimes slow, but this is something quite common, so patience is needed anyway. All in all, good experience.
