Welocate was efficient and helpful in all the arrangements. They connected me with a real estate agent on very short notice, and they were proactive in taking care of everything that followed, such as notary and utilities. It is also great that they have different packages, from which I can choose one that suited me the most.

For us everything went well with the company from the start to the end. They've arranged for us all needed steps: real estate agent, appraisal, translator. Everything was done in time and went smoothly. As a result we ended up with the keys of our New apartment without a huge effort.

Welocate made the buying process so easy. They were always ready to help, by email or phone, and super organised and engaged from the first call through to the notary signing. They were also very upfront and transparent on any and all costs. We used the Home Buyers' Plan, and they helped arrange everything we needed to buy our home (even a translator when we couldn't find one). Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

The process of buying a house was made simple with welocate!

Had chosen the Welocate Standard package and I must say it was an overall smooth experience in getting the house we like the most. The assignment of Makelaar, Inspection and Appraisal report all went so smooth. Questions if any that I had was resolved via email almost instantly. Very easy to communicate with and they were very fluent with the work they did. Would highly recommend anyone who is buying their home for the first time in The Netherlands for sure! I do wish them the very best in everything they do!

If you are an expat and you do not know how the process work, Welocate has great service which follow the buying process from the start to the end, they recommended an amazing Marklaar for the bids which nicely supported me in the buying process! In addition in the end , they help to connect the utilities in the house.

As a first time homeowner i did not know a thing about buying a house. WeLocate really made the whole process easy. They connected me with a great buying agent (Roelof!!) in Rotterdam and everything went very smoothly from there. They communicate a lot and always respond quickly, so you know exactly what’s going on. They’re not cheap, but I honestly think it was worth it, especially because I felt really well guided throughout the process.
